Pros: Location is great. There is a park in a front of the apartment.

Cons: We didn't have hot water when we arrived, but host came and fixed it. It was not really clean, especially bathroom

Genial

Pros: The owner was always very attendant. The apartment is ok to stay 2/3 days and see the city, has everything you need and I particulary like the location as it was not bringing any trouble to sleep and couldnt even hear any neighbor. Has very nice views and is near a metro station that comunicates easily with the biggest stations that comes from the airport. The owner had also left some coffee for us the was very nicely appreciated and super welcoming. I chosed this place because was ok for us not to use the metro and walk to the city center that was about 40 min away. Everything was clean and tidy. I can highly recommend this place!

Cons: I didn't mind, but is useful to say it has not elevator.

Convenient and pleasant base

Pros: Nice location in residential area and opposite park, handy for metro station with good connections, comfortable bed, all essential facilities, pleasant studio.

Cons: Traffic and hot water boiler both noisy at times. Furnishings simple though fine for our needs.

Pros: Lokalita apartmanu bola super, zastavka autobusu aj elektricky hned pri vchode. Vybavenie bolo fajn, aj postel bola veľmi pohodlna. Ocenujem bezkontaktny vstup, takze sme nemuseli riesit neskory check in. Komunikácia bola profesionalna.

Cons: Majitel by mohol do popisu uviest, ze tam nieje vytah a byt je na 2 poschodi. Osusky boli vyprate, ale so skvrnami, ktore sa nedaju vyprat a chybal aspon jeden maly uterak na ruky.

Pros: Bel appartement spacieux très bien situé et très bien desservi par les transports en commun.

Cons: Manquent des petits fauteuils ou un petit canapé. Trop peu de vaisselle et accessoires de cuisine. Pas de volets et des rideaux un peu courts.

Spacy clean place well connected to the center.

Pros: The place is very spatious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is spacy, the internet was good. The key collection was automatic. The location is a 30 min walk from the center but there is plenty of busses/metro to get there as well. Getting to the place from the airport was also straight forward - Gare du Nord and then metro to the place. The host was very responsive on WhatsApp.

Cons: It was quite cold the first night and then I figured out in the morning that the heating was turned off - I had to manually turn the knobs on all the radiators to get the heating going. It would be nice if the host does this in advance of the guest arrival, or at least to include this information in the message sent. Also the street below is quite busy and there is traffic in the night that can make sleeping difficult. The stairs up to the place are also very steep and very narrow.

Ein gutes Preis- Leistung Verhälnis ! Super Lage und bequemes Bett!

Pros: Die Lage war super ! Das Bett und das Kissen waren sehr sehr bequem! Die Wohnung ist eine schöne Altbauwohnung , direkt an der Tramhaltestelle ! Ein sehr sehr netter Gastgeber !

Cons: Für die Menschen , die sehr auf die Sauberkeit achten war es vielleicht nicht ganz so perfekt , insbesondere im Bad .. uns hat es nicht gestört , da wir ja ehe die ganze Zeit unterwegs waren .

Muy cómoda

Pros: En general muy bien, buena comunicación con el centro y pueblos de arrendadores, con metro y autobús cercanos súper, bares ...

Cons: No hay nada en especial, por decir , el baño , Pero está bien

Super recomendable

Pros: Excelente relación precio-calidad. Ubicación muy buena frente a un parque gigantezco y trato excelente con los propietarios.

Cons: Quizá un poco la limpieza previa a la entrega del piso. Sólo por decir algo

Perfecto para parejas, intimidad y comodidad.

Pros: Lo que más nos gustó fue el amplio espacio que el pequeño estudio ofrece, la ubicación tan tranquila, y la limpieza y las comodidades que ofrece.

Cons: Actualmente creo que no tenemos nada que no nos haya gustado.
