Nice place to stay in Brussels.

Pros: nice place, good location in Brussels. Clean and comfortable.

Cons: Unfortunately it was very hot week- if I opened the window it was very noisy. So had to choose between fresh air or noisy sleep! Only single beds.

Great location and amenities — a comfortable stay overall.

Pros: The location is excellent, close to everything we wanted to visit and just steps from a grocery store. One of the highlights was having air conditioning in each room, which made it easy for everyone to set their preferred temperature—super helpful during warmer/cold days. The beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, including a coffee machine and all the appliances we could need. Another plus: the bathroom and toilet are in separate spaces, which is always convenient when traveling in a group. Check-in was smooth thanks to the clear instructions

Cons: There were a few things that could be improved. The second bedroom has a smaller double bed and no door, just a curtain, which offers limited privacy. That room and the living room can be quite noisy at night, with frequent sirens and street noise (including people shouting), which may be disturbing for light sleepers. Also, while the living room has two sofas, neither of them can be extended into a bed, which might be useful for larger groups. We also experienced some maintenance issues: the shower door didn't close properly, and for two days the toilet tank didn’t stop filling, which caused water to run continuously. Since it’s a built-in system, we had to remove the front panel ourselves to shut it off, which was quite frustrating.

Pros: The location is perfect, the view is absolutely amazing, the bed super comfortable. The flat is very spacious and offers all the commodities. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others.

Cons: The cleaning was not up to standard: accumulated dust, there was mold/residues inside the electric kettle (which I removed after a vigorous scrubbing), my socks would turn dark after walking inside the flat, etc. That said, the bed was spotless. So I think it's just a matter of having a word with the cleaners and making sure the details are covered and the floor is mopped properly.

Cons: Only negative was lack of communication. Didn’t receive instructions as to how to get access into the apartment until taxi driver rang when dropped us off in front of the apartment, despite me messaging early in the day. In addition, messages sent during our stay with no reply. Only message received was to ask us what time we were vacating the apartment on our last day. Disappointing

Amazing apartment in central Brussels with the BEST view!

Pros: The view is INCREDIBLE. It is a super convenient place to stay near the metro, Brussels North station, Brussels City Center, Supermarkets and restaurants all very close by. The botanical garden is also 10 minutes walk and it's beautiful!

Cons: There is a washing machine downstairs in the lobby but it would be nice to have one upstairs too :)

Pros: The property was well located, and easy to find and access. It was well equipped with coffee and tea, as well as toiletries. It was a nice size—able to accommodate our family of 5 easily. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!
