Simply magical at Christmas. Highly recommended.

Pros: The room was a size expected, with modern tools (coffee maker, fridge, TV and eMagazines) to make the stay enjoyable. The location with a fountain made the place extra special in Christmas lights. The host went out of their way in looking after us. Thank you. When one hour extension was requested on our stay, the host were free to authorise that on the phone.

Cons: Two minor things: First, the smell of the room when we arrived was a little off, possibly because of infrequent use. The second issue is that the charging station (offering complementary electricity) only run at house speed. To their credit, we were offered a few hours on the charger of the hotels own electric vehicle.

Pros: It was a very lovely location, all clean and nice amenities. Very good breakfast. Staff is extremely helpful.

Cons: In the swimming pool some jets did not work.

Pros: I would like to thank Particularly Mr Soufiane ( hope the spelling is right) he offered us me and my colleague an exceptional stay. He was flexible to drop us on time at work when the taxi was delayed and we managed to join our important meeting thanks to him and helped me massively massively with my suitcase when I was struggling . If I could rate him more I would ! Super grateful for the help and assistance- I would gladly come back to the hotel thanks to his service. I would be grateful if this message could be passed to him to thank him.

Good, but not really a 5 star experience

Pros: Good hotel overall. - Room was quiet and spacious, - personnel was friendly, and - licated next to the lake.

Cons: - the spa area is nice, but on one of the twi days we visited (Sunday afternoon), it was waay to busy, even if you have to reserve a slot. They can control this, it's not a relaxing experience when there are so many people. - they should add a kettle in the room, for tea. And powdered milk for the coffee. - breakfast was ok but not on par with other 5* hotels

Pros: Very comfortable, spacious room. Room service was good value and food was delicious ( dining room was fully booked for dinner) A quiet location with a lovely lake to walk around after breakfast. The staff were polite and helpful.

Cons: It was a very long walk to our room- not a huge issue though.

Amazing and relaxing

Pros: My family and I really enjoyed the use of the spa facilities and the breakfast bar. An amazing place to relax and enjoy the quietness. Bedrooms were super comfortable with an extra sofa bed

Cons: Had a problem with my check in as booking.com said it was a 24 hour check in so we had to wait 4 hours after a very long journey to check in. The swimming pool is small.
