Pros: I really like the aesthetic of the property very clean very well maintained

Cons: The property is above a Food court which means that there are lots of children as you enter the building especially on the weekends and in the main reception there were children which as an adult only premises just didn’t like

Cons: The children don’t allowed to use swimming pool so my son was upset and we couldn’t leave him alone in the room to go sauna .

Pros: Very friendly staff, everyone was really helpful and were easy to communicate with.

Cons: Breakfast was €28pp and had a plethora of options but unfortunately as I'm gluten intolerant I was limited only to eggs and bacon for a hot breakfast. Expected more from a wellness hotel.

Really great short getaway

Pros: The hotel facilities were great, the spa and gym were 10/10. Also liked how there were so many food options available.

Cons: The staff weren’t too friendly when checking in but otherwise no complaints

Pros: breakfast is good. decoration, architecture and design are great. love the gym facilities and wellness. the whole place is really impressive.

Cons: most of the staff members were extremely rude. specially a woman in the hotel reception (I think her name was Nine?), she wouldn't look at us while talking or try to be minimally polite. that made the experience much worse than necessary. also, the place was always super crowded (elevators, gyms, everything)
