Pleasant and efficient stay

Pros: Excellent location with easy access public transport. Luxurious feel with comfortable bed. Very good and diverse breakfast buffet with extremely friendly staff both at reception and bar/breakfast. the Hotel Manager, Mr Amede is also very friendly. sadly, it seems he is leaving.

Cons: On Tuesday night, there were repairs on the tram rails at midnight. It got extremely noisy as my room was at the front. I guess a room in the back would make more sense.

Pros: I have been staying at this hotel for the last 5 years. This time I got a room at the front. The room was a bit smaller than previous ones but suited me better. So very happy
