Fantastic!

Pros: Lovely hotel! Staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us. The toiletries in the room were high quality, the room was huge and we had a great stay. We also had a drink in the bar and sat under the fairy lights in the garden, which was very pretty. A little out from the centre, but very close to the tram so not a problem.

Good value.

Pros: One of the best area to stay in Brussels. Hotel room is spacious and friendly staff.

Cons: A little outdated. Expensive hotel parking and a bit hard to find parking nearby. At the end we parked at Indigo which was around 10-12 mins walk.

A beautiful venue, friendly staff, will definitely return.

Pros: The decor in the public spaces was beautiful. The Reception team were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was quiet as requested and had everything I needed.

Cons: I would have really appreciated some provision for the lactose-intolerant at breakfast, specifically yogurt.
