Excellent! Will keep in mind for future trips to Brussels!

Pros: The room was a superb surprise, cozy and spacious. Location was great, just one bus ride and you can teach various places, including historical City Centre. Staff was great, room had all the amenities and even more (had even extra plates, bowls, dishwasher, big fridge, stove, almost everything needed for a prolonged stay, WiFi very fast without a single issue, the terrace is ideal for relaxing, having a cigarette and unwinding.. I highly recommend this hotel!

Cons: The only ‘weird’ thing was that the toilet was far away from the shower and the shower did not have a door that separated it from the bedroom. Also the water pressure was quite low. But I was alone and I made do, not so major.

Extremely pleased. 100% recommend

Pros: The room was very spacious. Small kitchen area, great coffee machine and plenty of cups. Also appreciate that the TV had channels from the Netherlands(but also French, Italian, British ones etc). Very stylish design and nice coffee books. Staff is very friendly, great breakfast and lastly: great location. There are many nice restaurants and bars, especially near Flagey

We liked it so much we are returning in February as a group of 6 as a part of a birthday celebration

Pros: L Avenue is a modern hotel, immaculately clean, with friendly and helpful staff, and we had a very well designed and comfortable room. All we could wish for whilst visiting our son who lived 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Pros: We booked a junior suite and were upgraded to a standard suite. We had access to cooking facilities and a separate shower/toilet. Overall room was very nice, modern, clean, spacious, was enjoyable to stay in, and felt worth the money paid. We really enjoyed the aesthetics and size of the room and would come again. The staff were professional and courteous and they were able to give us early access to our room!

Cons: The bed felt hard. The nearest metro station is about 20m away but tram or taxi can get you there quickly. No Netflix or apps on TV.
