Lord of Ghent

Pros: The host was extremely friendly, the location was excellent, and the living room was bright, spacious, and perfect for a family stay.

Pros: The best location to stay .just few steps to many famous attractions . Fully equipped and clean room. Staffs were very helpful.

Cons: A little narrow elevator.

Great place to stay for visiting the sights.

Pros: The location is superb, right in the heart of the old town.The apartment is large and was perfectly clean. It is reasonably equipped for a short stay. There are two toilets and one bathroom.

Cons: The night club at the foot of the entrance is noisy at the weekend and caused some distasteful outcomes which were not fixed during our stay.

We had a wonderful and memorable stay.

Pros: The property was very central to the historic city and main attractions. The facilities were very good and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen and laundry. The apartment was spacious making it easy for us to relax and spread out a bit.

Cons: It was very hot on our arrival and the apartment was very stuffy. Once we opened the windows and located the fans we were able to vent the space. Unfortunately no screens are fitted to the windows so insects enjoyed visiting us during the evening.

Pros: This is as good as an apartment gets - believe me! It's very large, stylish and bang in the centre of the city. Communication with the owners was as good as it can be. I suffered an injury and the owners offered to deliver crutches to me to help me to walk around the town. Extremely lovely accommodation in an extremely lovely place.

Cons: It would have been perfect if toiletries were provided in such an upmarket establishment. It didn't bother us but be realistic; if you are staying in the middle of a busy city, don't expect it to be as silent as the countryside.

Lovely apartment at the heart of Ghent

Pros: Superb location, great views and a very friendly host. We could even stay 2 hours longer to check out later without problems.

Cons: Could maybe have been a little bit cleaner, but was definitely okay.

Great base for exploring Ghent.

Pros: Great location. Lovely light filled property. Great having a lift, washing machine and a balcony.

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Spacious apartment and great location

Pros: Very spacious apartment with an interesting style! We were with six people which meant that two people slept on the sofa bed in the living room. This was not an issue since the living room was so big and there was an extra couch to chill on. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed. Location could not be better!

Cons: Before we arrived, we were sent an enormous list of house rules. This made it seem like the stay was going to be a bit stressful as the owners seemed very strict. During and after the stay, there were no issues luckily!

Wonderful!

Pros: The property was clean, comfortable and has everything I needed. It was well located and within walking distance of where I was working. Loved sitting at the table working and looking out over the skyline of Ghent.

Cons: The lift was not working on my last day which mean't I had to lug my large suitcase down 4 flights of stairs in a narrow stairwell. Unfortuanately I lost my footing and badly sprained my ankle haf way down.

Pros: Excellent location, really tasteful design, really lovely style. Very helpful owners.

Cons: A lot of instructions from owners, towels and bit worn out.
