Pros: Very clean and spacious spa facilities, great location in the forest, the fact that the restaurant is open 24/7, high ceilings in the room.

Cons: The decor in the rooms is on the darker/older side

Friendly and relaxing

Pros: Without doubt, the best thing about this hotel is the forest location. Good size room with a wall of windows looking out through the trees 😊. Use of pool and sauna (limited) included in room price. Bar with snack platters open all day. Friendly and helpful staff. Ample free parking.

Cons: Water temperature in the shower was variable, but I'm being very picky here!

Don’t use Spa Cinq Mondes

Pros: Good business hotel with free parking. Location is excellent, good restaurant.

Cons: I don’t recommend using services of Spa Cinq Mondes. Overpriced with unappropriate customer care.

Pros: - beautiful location - clean and very nice rooms - incredible food at the restaurant - great breakfast

Cons: - we ate several times at the restaurant and the service was unfortunately, the second evening, not that great. Mistakes can happen, but I found it sad that there were no words of apology. While placing the starter, a little bread with vegetables fell on the table and was left lying on the table, no offer of bringing a new one. And while cleaning off the waiter dropped several knives and forks on my mother and didn’t even apologise. Nor ask if she got hurt or the clothes got stained. The food itself was, however, fantastic ☺️ as was the service we had the first evening ☺️

Hôtel surrounded by Forest. Excellent service and buffet breakfast and supper both highly recommended

Pros: Location in the Forest and quality of the bedrooms, the buffet dînners, the excellent breakfasts, parking in site.

Cons: The parking was over full at the week-end and so significant exits were almost blocked by cars who couldn’t find space

Pros: A very comfortable room and lots of areas to sit around in foyer bar. We had a great meal in the restaurant and breakfast was excellent.

Cons: If it's raining then the walk from the car park is not great. As you approached the main entrance there was a lack of attention to maintenance, like weeds on the steps, that undermined the image of the hotel.

Hugely relaxing, very personable and helpful staff, a joy

Pros: It is situated in the woods and is consequently so peaceful and relaxing. It has an indoor swimming pool and sauna and spa and outdoor activities like cycling and tennis. Went on a delightful 4 mile walk to Chateau de la Hulpe and back
