Pros: Вельмі зручнае месцазнаходжанне: центр у пешай дасяжнасці, побач метро, рэстараны. Гаспадыня вельмі ветлівая, сустрэла, усё патлумачыла.

Cons: Не новая кватэра-студыя хутчэй на 2 гасцёў. Вельмі дрэнная гукаізаляцыя. Нам пашчасціла, што суседзі былі толькі адзін дзень ў трох, бо вельмі добра чутны нават размовы.
