Pros: Excelente ubicación en pleno Barrio Europeo, muy cerca de la estación de tren y el metro. A 15 minutos caminando del centro histórico. Apartamento amplio, luminoso y muy limpio. Check-in muy sencillo y fácil gracias a las instrucciones del anfitrión.

Cons: En el aseo pequeño no hay toallero. Almohadas incómodas de mala calidad. El anfitrión no dejó ni al menos una botella de agua como detalle de bienvenida.

Pros: The apartment is spacious in a good location. Access to the apartment was very simple. The apartment was clean and adequately equipped. The communications with the host were fine, not a problem at all to report.

Cons: A dishwasher would add to the convenience of the stay.

Pros: Ottima la posizione, a pochi passi dalle istituzioni europee, ben collegata con il centro. Appartamento molto confortevole, avere un giardino è molto comodo.

A nice spacious apartment in a good location. The host was response and addressed problems quickly.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, very comfortable for two persons. The location is okay, only a short walk for adequate shopping and transportation connections to get you around town. We experienced some problems during our stay, but the host was very responsive and resolve the problems quickly. The wifi worked well. The TV worked well and had a large selection of channels in different languages. Accessing the apartment on arrival was easy and convenient. Although we had some problems we would consider staying there again. Our stay was about four weeks long. Making the space nice is somewhat \

Cons: We experienced a few problems. When we arrive at a new apartment we always wash the dishes on our own to ensure they are clean. In this process we found dishes and cooking pans that appeared to have only been rinsed and then put back in the cupboards wet. We reported this to the host and she/he indicated they would take it up with the cleaning service. There is no dish washer. We also found old dirty towels and blankets stashed under the stairs. The vacuum is close to useless, the host should replace it. The pillows under the pillow cases are stained and appear dirty enough that you would not want to use them. We bought new pillows to replace some of the worst. There is no dryer and the washing machine takes only small loads. The clothes drying rack was partially missing and badly bent. We bought a new one and left it there. The bath linens are so-so, not at all hotel standard. The water heater went out on us and started to leak badly. The host was good to get it fixed while we were out during the day. We may have blown a fuse because the power went out one morning. The host indicated that it was turned back on using a master switch in the basement. This power outage was also taken care of while we were out.
