Pros: Prompt response from the host, clear instruction, spacious rooms, a few metro stops from the center.

Cons: The bunk bed was a little difficult to set up. Noise from upstaris and outside was noticible.

Perfect apartment for visiting the Christmas Market

Pros: Perfect location, not a far walk from Grand Place. Good communication with host, clear instructions about check in and how to access the property. Was clean on arrival and very spacious. Sofa Bed was setup as requested which was perfect. Close by parking on Rue De Vallon through ParkBee which was a very good price and was a secure garage carpark also.

Cons: Could do with a blind on the bathroom window

Practical appartment for a reasonable price close to the EU quarter

Pros: Closely located to the EU quarter Very calm. Clean. Easy access through code and lockbox Reactive owner, fast replies to messages Comfortable bed.

Cons: The bedroom in the basement which you access through a deep staircase is a bit surprising. A bit spooky if you are staying alone. The equipment could be a bit upgraded (add oven in the kitchen, sth for your towels in the bathroom, sth to put your suitcase in the bedroom).

Pros: El lugar es amplio, muy limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado

Cons: Cambiaría las almohadas y colocaría cortina en el baño

Pros: Super logement, très propre et très jolie. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du palais royal et pas loin du centre. Victor est un super hôte, extrêmement réactif (quasiment dans la minute!). Il a répondu avec beaucoup de précision à toutes nos questions, qu'elles soient d'ordre logistique ou touristique. Je le recommande fortement.

Nous y retournerons très certainement.

Pros: La ubicación, la tranquilidad del apartamento, el amplio espacio del mismo y la amabilidad del propietario.

Cons: No tenemos nada malo que reseñar del mismo.

Fantastisch verblijf in Le Duplex-suite Joséphine. Prima prijs/kwaliteit. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pros: Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Le Duplex-suite Joséphine! Het appartement is ruim, smaakvol ingericht en zeer proper. De indeling is ideaal: een gezellige slaapkamer en moderne badkamer op de benedenverdieping, met op gelijkvloers living (nog een comfortabel dubbel uitklapbaar zetelbed) en keuken. Het was ook erg praktisch dat bedden- en badgoed voorzien waren. Het in- en uitchecken verliep vlot dankzij het handige sleutelkluisje. Een leuke bonus: op amper 100 meter afstand ligt La Piola Pizza, een fantastische pizzeria die we absoluut aanraden. Kortom, een echte aanrader voor een comfortabel en zorgeloos verblijf!

Cons: Voor ons niet zo erg, maar misschien is voor kinderen of minder mobiele mensen de steile trap naar de benedenverdieping een probleem. Een kapstok op gelijkvloers zou handig zijn.

Superbe Noël passé à Bruxelles, et très bonne surprise sur ce logement!

Pros: Appartement sur 2 étages très spacieux, avec cheminées et parquet. Nous avons été surpris des volumes, c’était vraiment grand, haut de plafond, et joli. Super bien placé, la chambre est en contrebas mais du coup super calme pour un centre ville de Bruxelles. Cuisine équipée avec plus que le strict minimum, ce qui est rare maintenant: bols, assiettes à soupe, plusieurs casseroles et des plats pour présenter. La literie est très bonne et propre.

Cons: Éclairage un peu faible dans la cuisine donc pour la vaisselle on ne voyait pas bien ce qu’on lavait, mais c’est un détail mineur. Il manque aussi un peu de rangement dans les pièces principales.

Pros: El apartamento era acogedor y estaba muy limpio. Lo recomendamos sin lugar a dudas!
