Not the first, nor probably the last stay

Pros: Our second stay in this accommodation. Comfortable and friendly, both the host and the price, which is great considering how the prices are in Brussels.

Cons: Not much to add in this regard.

A really nice place for work and travel

Pros: Peaceful neighborhood, it was really quiet there. The room was spacious with all needed facilities and the table was perfect for work. It takes around 25 minutes get to the city center on foot, but there's a metro station nearby.

Pros: Comfortable loft in city center with convenient parking in front of the door

Pros: It was very central, well decorated for the christmas holidays ! really warm

Cons: Main heaters in the room weren’t working but the towel dryer worked and heated the room fine

Lovely guesthouse in the Center of Brussels

Pros: Central location, easy to walk into city Center, good options for food around. Very nice staff at reception. Rooms was great, too, with modern furniture, comfortable beds and a great open space concept

Cons: There was a constant sort of sewage smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom

A great guest house in a good location in the city centre of Brussels

Pros: Great facilities in the guest house, including a luxurious garden and kitchen.

Pros: Good room size, beds, tea/coffee facilities. Very clean. Shared bathroom facilities as expected; small but clean.

Cons: Would be ideal to have access to a washing machine given guesthouse style setup.

Pros: We only stayed for one night, but overall it was ok. The room was as expected, ok for one or two nights. There was a bathroom in the room (without toilet). The toiled was shared, right next to the room. The shared kitchen is big and well equipped if you want to make a meal. There is a terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast. The location is great, walking distance to the city centre. It is an interesting historic building located on a quiet street.

Cons: Very slow reponse from the host. Had to ask several times for the check-in instructions. We asked if we could leave our luggage there for a few hours, but we only received a response after we had already arrived at the airport. The price could be lower, but that’s Brussels, I guess..

Pros: Friendliness of staff and facilities provided. Made full use of the coffee station 😁

Pros: very friendly and professional staff and very good location

Cons: Belgium Metro lines were not active during national strike but the location of guest house was near to the most places which I wanted to visit.
