Pros: Good for a short stay for 3 people. Good location, next to the European Parliament and to bus stops. Well furnished!

Pros: The coffee available was good, and when I had an issue the owner responded within a reasonable timespan.

Cons: The heating could have been turned on. There is a train track nearby, but it didn't bother me. Perhaps someone sensitive might have disturbed sleep. There was trash in front of the entrance, but that's Brussels for you...

Cons: One disadvantage is the smell of sewage in the bathroom.

Nice host, cosy apartment, and good location.

Pros: The host was so responsive and the apartment was clean and the bed is comfort and the location is 5 minutes walk from the EU parliament. Definitely it is my first choice for my next visit.

Cons: The windows should have been closed as in Brussles, there is an order for the residents to put their garbage at the street 2 days/week and my bad luck was there was a lot of garbage and the flies entered the room and I had to kick them out the first night. However, it was Ok for the next night. And if you are looking an office to be stamped, they can only sign it but no stamps which is still valid and do the work.

Convenient apartment for exploring Brussels

Pros: The spacious apartment has everything we needed and it was conveniently located.

Cons: There are probably more apartments to rent in the building and unfortunately our stay coincided with a birthday party, which was very noisy and went on until 4 am. The walls are thing so we could hear everything.
