Cons: What could have been better: I would have appreciated receiving the check-in details a bit earlier, or perhaps a quicker response to my messages regarding access. While the place was generally quiet, as I mentioned, there were neighbors using the wooden stairs after 10 or 11 PM. Also, the wooden spiral stairs are quite narrow and a bit difficult to climb, especially when carrying a suitcase or two. Additionally, rain can be quite loud in an attic apartment. Lastly, having a TV in the unit might be a useful addition.

Pros: very clean, rverything seemed nee, everything needed for a good accommodation ( towels, hair dryer, coffee & tea facilities, glassess, small cooking unit, etc)

Cons: very steep stairs, I managed that but for travellers with heavy luggage or mobility issurs, this should be clearly stated

Perfect location and better than staying in a hotel!

Pros: The location is perfect for anyone eager to explore Brussels from a non-touris point of view. Lots of bars and restaurants close by while the place itself is in a quiet street. Accessing the place was super easy and contact before arrival was really friendly and helpful! I really appreciated her help. The apartment itself is very cozy and perfect for a stay if you are, like me, interested in having a fridge and a small kitchen for buying some local products at the market and keeping your own drinks etc. in a fridge. We didn't cook but it would definitely be equipped to make a simple meal! Cuttlery, etc. was available and clean. The bathroom and bed, etc. was all really nice and there were small details like candles and matches.

Cons: There was nothing to not like. The stairs are indeed steep and might be hard to climb with a big luggage. For us it was no problem and having lived in a similar house in Brussels some years ago, it brought back memories :-)

Pros: Nice cosy apartment, perfect for people who want to be in calm space, not too far from the center. New, clean, nice, everything very fine.

Cons: We came in May during the only weekend in weeks with low temperatures & rain. So it felt a bit cold; also water in shower was a bit cold.

Pros: It's super clean, very cosy, brand new. The space is used very well to provide a great feeling of spaciousness, even if it is relatively small. The location is great for nice small restaurants and cafes.

Pros: Easy communication with host. Comfortable beds. A lot of space. Good connection to city center (we walked by foot from the Central Station to the place for about 30 minutes). Also, we enjoyed the top floor studio.

Pros: Lovely small apartment close to the European Parliament.

Cozy place

Pros: The room was super cozy and the bathroom was really spacious. I saw lots of reviews regarding the bed, I actually had a comfy experience and I slept well every night. The place is close to the bus stations and you can get to various places pretty fast.

Cons: The stairs were a bit hard to climb, we tripped many times, so that would be a thing to be careful with. Maybe adding a small TV on a wall in the room with Netflix would complete this room perfectly. After a full day in Bruxelles I really wanted to chill with my boyfriend and watch some Gilmore girls, overall a nice place still.

Pros: The apartment is conveniant, good location, close to EP.

great place, but no lift and old mattress

Pros: The studio is very nice, with all the basic stuff you might need. The bathroom was very spacious and it seems to be renovated recently. Overall, I think the studio is great.

Cons: There are two things I did not like. The first one is that the bed was no very comfortable. The mattress is a bit too soft and has some body holes already on it (I woke up with a mild back pain from the second night) . The second thing I did not like are the stair. The apartment is in the third floor and there is no lift. I had a hard time carrying my two 23kg suitcase.
