Pros: The apartment was very neat, perfectly clean with good utensils for both cooking and serving! Everything was perfect!

Everything met my expectations and was satisfactory.

Pros: The property was good. It featured a large bathroom with a roomy shower. Both the bathroom and kitchen were fully equipped. The place was very clean and met modern standards.

Cons: The only downside of the property is the steep two flights of stairs to the apartment, which can be difficult when transporting a suitcase. In every other respect, the apartment offers excellent value.

Convenient location, clean , spacious

Pros: Walking distance to EP Big bathroom Comfortable space with all necessities, coffee capsules and shower gel etc provided. Aldi very close by Newly renovated it seems , quiet neighborhood.

Cons: The stairs is extremely narrow and very difficult to go up holding luggage. Big suitcase would be impossible. Mattress very soft

Comfortable studio for 1-2 persons without big suitcase.

Pros: It was a well equipped studio with clean bathroom and all utilities provided.

Cons: The narrow staircase. Obviously, it is typical for this part of Brussels. It will be a challenge to bring up a big suitcase. Luckily, I had only a small one with me.

Pros: The apartment was very clean. Very good location. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: The pillows look normal, but once you lay down they go flat.

Very good stay, very clean and up-to-date.

Pros: Very seamless provisioning and returning of the keys through a small key safe. Nice location, close to the core of Ixelles. Very clean and very up-to-date equipment in the flat. A lot of light and not noisy.

Cons: The stairs are very steep.

Cons: Only downpoint really is how it smelled strongly of cigarettes (and so did all my clothes when i got home :-/)

What you see is what you get!

Pros: It was as it was in the photos - spotless, minimalist and effective in its use of space.

Cons: It’s an oldish building so the stairs up to it are very narrow and conical- it would be difficult for someone who wasn’t very mobile or who had a large case to easily get up them.
