Pros: The place is amazing, well decorated, comfortable. Big enough, it’s very spacious and luminous which is very nice.

Cons: For the price cleaning should be included at least once a week.. and not every two weeks.. also I taught there was two bathrooms, but there is only one other than that I have nothing bad to say my stay was amazing!

I recommend this location, with the mention that improvements can be made in terms of cleanliness.

Pros: You can easily reach any objective in the city by means of public transport. The apartment is very spacious and has all the necessary utilities. It is located in a quiet area of the city. On my next visit to Brussels, I would also choose to stay there.

Cons: In the presentation announcement, it is mentioned that there are free parking spaces in the area. Any parking space in the area is paid and the amount is quite high (23.5 euros/day). A fee of 250 euros was charged for cleaning, for 5 nights of accommodation. Cleaning was done before our arrival at the location, then during the 5 days of our stay no one came by to clean or change the towels, linen or supply soap, shampoo or toilet paper. Because it is a very spacious apartment, they have there places where cleanliness was not enough. It is a problem that can be fixed in the future.
