Flat Moliere

Home comfort and great proximity for the city!

Pros: Love the location as the neighbourhood seems so nice! As a tourist, I felt it was great to navigate for our needs from Flat Moliere; blending some home comfort with city proximity, which is a lovely mix. The concierge and caretaker/cleaner were also super helpful, friendly and polite, which was a cherry on top!

Pros: The location is perfect, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood and few minutes to the center with the tram which is right in front of the building.

Cons: We were there at the begining of December and it was quite cold, the radiator in the room couldn’t heat the room properly at night.

Great apartment in a good location

Pros: The property was very good, and the location was extremely convenient. It was easy to reach by tram — line 92 from the city and lines 4 and 10 from Midi Station — and there were several shops within walking distance. The host was responsive and helpful, and we appreciated being allowed an early check-in at 3:30 pm. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay.

Cons: The only minor issue we noticed was a slight unpleasant drain smell in the bathroom. It may have been related to the wet shower area and the large open drain used for water drainage.

Bright, spacious comfy studio in a very nice area!

Pros: A very comfortable flat: spacious, bright, with a nice kitchen area and a desk with a chair if you need to work. The location is also great - safe with beautiful architecture around. Be sure to grab a croissant and a coffee in the morning at a nearby Brood Boulangerie :) I would definitely stay at this property again!

Cons: I liked everything!

A comfortable location

Pros: We liked the quiet area, the architecture of the buildings. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, including coffee. The tram station is in the immediate vicinity of the building.

Flat Moliare Brussels

Pros: Great place, having most of the key locations like grand place, royale, manekken pi, rue nueve, du burkcer, borse etc. Easily accessible from the location. Have a tram station right at the doorstep of the building. Metro berkendaal and vanderkindera less than 400 mts from here.

Cons: Everything good, nothing to point out ❤️

Clean, comfortable and great location with lovely host

Pros: Clean and comfortable, close to good transport links to both the city and the train station. Host was extremely helpful throughout, including when we accidentally left a bag at the place and they went out of there way to get it back to us

Pros: Location is nice, near to the tramway to the historical city center and the neighbourhood is safe for families with kids. There is a few supermarkets around, decent dining options and a superb bakery just behind corner. Dishwasher and washing machine capsules were provided, kitchen included basics like some tea, oil, salt...

Cons: We would welcome fresh towels (ours were smelling funny) and the bedding had similar odour. Trash can in the bathroom was already half full when we arrived... But overal cleanliness was rather good

Pros: Good communication,friendly host and perfect location.Also very clean.

Cons: Make sure that if you are booking this place for the parking that it will be available for all of the days of your stay. Even though i can say that there was plently of available parking spots in the streets around the house.

Pros: My family and I had a wonderful stay! Easy to get to using public transit, and then it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. There's a grocery store within walking distance which was great. The apartment has everything you might need during your stay. It was perfect having a full kitchen so we could cook for our 8 month old who can't really eat at restaurants. This was the perfect place for us to stay and explore Brussels.
