Pros: Very clean apartment not far away from hospital, ideal place for medical holiday.

Cons: Not best place with baby, apartment in 2nd floor with steep stairs, price too big.

Pros: The apartment was excellent, spacious, modern and convenient. Everything was new and clean. All stuff was from IKEA. The kitchen equiped well. No washing machine. The owner Natasha was very nice. There were three electrical radiators (heaters). For us it was not enough, it was cool in the apartment. We parked our car just infront of the building and we saw it through our window!) The area is quiet and secure with two and three story building and very nice neighbors. There are some big grocery stores nearby, pizza, etc.-5 min driving.

Cons: We were confused with the location because there were two houses with the same number on the street. The GPS led us to the wrong direction, we contacted the owner, but still couldn't find out the right location. Really, it was the next intersection. The apartment was on the 3rd floor with steep stears. We stayed in 2-bed room apartment so, we used just one bedroom, because, we used two heaters in the living room with kitchen and the third one in the bedroom. And the ventilation system didn't turn off in a bathroom, there were also cool enough.

Fast perfekt

Pros: Ruhige Lage, abseits vom Trubel in Antwerpen. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, alles bestens in der Kommunikation und tolle Ausstattung.

Cons: Leichter Geruch, der nach Öffnung der Fenster verschwand. Deshalb nur 9 statt 10 Punkte. Wir würden immer wieder gerne dort übernachten

Pros: beim betreten des hauses etwas erschrocken, da im treppenhaus noch umbauten laufen (frühere bewertungen mit wasserschaden deuten darauf hin), aber kein baulärm oder gerüche oder staub im appartement; appartement sehr großzügig mit allem was man braucht, gemütliche couch stbiler esstisch mit guten stühlen, getrenntes wc und kleines bad mit 2 waschbecken und dusche; für 4 personen optimal, wobei bei 2 pärchen fein wäre wenn die schlafzimmer ähnlich groß sind, da in einem keine schränke; die lage war gut man erreich in kurzen wegen bushalte, cafe, restaurant,... parkplatz vor dem haus war mega praktisch; wir waren für den preis sehr positiv überrascht!

Cons: die schmale treppe nach oben, aber kein problem; wenn die sanierung abgeschlossen ist optimal!

Pros: Zeer ruim en mooi appartement wat boven verwachting was

We waren over het algemeen heel tevreden over ons verblijf met een rustige host.

Cons: Nog iets meer hygiëne in de badkamer (wastafels) en de keuken (wasbekken en veel vuile sporen op de kastdeurtjes
