Heart of Grand Place - Stunning 2BR Duplex

All in all, a very good stay. I'd recommend it to my friends.

Pros: Location was great. Communication with the host was excellent. Lots of space, comfy beds, excellent shower.

Cons: The lights upstairs were dim to my taste. Brighter would be better, as I sat there to read my book and did struggle a bit.

Perfect, i recommend it to every small groups or families!

Pros: The apartment is perfectly placed, 2-3 minutes by foot from the Grand place. Very clean, all the facilities you need.

Cons: The living room is placed at the second floor and it was a bit cold compared to the bedrooms.

Pros: The location was amazing with walking distance to the Grand Palace

Pros: Location is superb. Very close to the train station, and to the Grand Place.

Cons: There was a coffee machine but no coffee pods. There was a fridge but no welcome items (e.g. milk, water).

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in Brussels! The location was perfect. The house was bright, clean, and full of character. All the rooms had windows, making the space feel airy and welcoming. The stairs in the house were a bit much, but they added to the authentic charm of the place. The view from the kitchen window was absolutely magical. Check-in and check-out were seamless and very comfortable, and the host was extremely helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage without any issues. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Brussels!

Excellent apartment and location.

Pros: Good communication from the host, before during and after our stay. Autonomous check in and out, with the option to leave or luggage there after check out which was much appreciated. The location was very central. The accommodation was well appointed and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons: The noise from the outdoor nightlife was very, very disruptive, ultimately only ceasing after 5am on two of the four nights we stayed (a Sunday and a Tuesday). This is not the fault of the host but is definitely something is consider when staying with children. A final small detail was that there didn’t appear to be any tea or coffee at the apartment upon arrival. I don’t expect the host to provide a weeks supply of either but something as simple as providing two Nespresso pods for arriving guests is a nice gesture and allows them to have a coffee without having to visit a supermarket or a cafe.

Cons: A bit of noise from the street but to be expected given the central location.
