Great little flat for a short stay

Pros: Quaint flat with many original features and it is easy access to the tourist centre of Brussels as it is just off the Grand Place with the Central station a few minutes walk away. Loved the little lift! Ancient, rickety and incredibly charming. Beds were comfortable, apartment was clean and tidy. There is a small 6kg washing machine in the property and airers to dry clothes on (didn’t use the washer, went to a nearby laundrette). We arrived earlier than expected and we could leave our luggage whilst the cleaners were still in, this was helpful, thank you! Codes to access the flat were sent the day before arrival.

Cons: There is a slight odour from the bathroom. A little off putting but not horrific (read much older reviews and this seems to be a long term issue), poured some cleaner down the drains which helped. The sofa needs more cushions - it is not as pictured and only had three cushions; not enough for a metal backed sofa. Not enough storage for clothes. There is a rail to hang clothes and that’s it, no drawers etc.

Very nice apartment in a great location.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and could easily have slept two more people. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: Excellent location just outside the Grand-place, with easy access to everything Brussels has to offer as well as good access to public transport. The apartment was well decorated, and the building lift was adorable as well as a great help with luggage and access.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind

Well positioned apartment supported our exploration of Brussels.

Pros: Location, enabled easy walking exploration of inner Brussels. Interesting art nouveau style of apartment. Space, well resourced kitchen.

Cons: Shower water pressure was below par. Couch somewhat uncomfortable. Could not get TV to receive anything.

Pros: Location is great, in a very center. Beds are comfortable. Fire place is great additional decoration.

Cons: Floor needs to be vacuum and there needs to be more than one toilet paper for 3 person stay. Rest is just fine for 2 days stay.

Beautiful apartment and great location

Pros: Overall we were very happy with our stay and would book it again, should we ever visit Brussels again. We loved the location and fell in love with the apartment itself immediately. Since we arrived before check-in, we were able to leave our luggage in the apartment, while the cleaning lady prepared the apartment. When we came back around 3 pm, it was ready and she had even placed out luggage in the bedroom. Very nice of her.

Cons: Overall we were very happy with our stay and would book it again, should we ever visit Brussels again. We loved the location and fell in love with the apartment itself immediately. However, on our second night (out of two nights stay) we had no heat and the hot water. Being that it was minus degrees outside, it became quite cold in the apartment.

Pros: Everything was very nice, even nicer that we were expecting from the photos. The apartment is very comfortable and clean, with a very interesting design. Kitchen is perfectly equiped for a couple days stay, we wouldn`t have needed anything else The location is perfect, very central, a lot of places we went to where at walking distance. Communication was also very smooth and quick. I definitely resommend this place for a stay in Brussels.

Muy céntrico pero algo antiguo

Pros: La situación , está en el mismo centro . La chica que alquila el apartamento muy atenta para lo que necesites .

Cons: Una incomodidad muy grande que esté separado el water de la ducha , y donde está el water no haiga ni pica . La verdad que está bastante antiguo pero está muy céntrico

Muy céntrico y acogedor.

Pros: La ubicación es INMEJORABLE. El apartamento es muy acogedor, la cocina es completa y el salón ideal. Las vistas a la torre del ayuntamiento y a la calle preciosas. Los ventanales hacen que sea una estancia muy luminosa. Las camas son muy cómodas. Es genial que la televisión sea SMART TV y se pueda ver Netflix, YouTube... También valoramos que las mantas de las camas sean tan suaves y agradables.

Cons: El ascensor no funcionaba y subir con las maletas por esas escaleras tan estrechas fue muy incómodo... Las camas individuales eran cómodas, pero muy pequeñas. Es un poco \

Pros: What an amazing location, easy access, good communication with host. Super close to bruxelles-central.
