Pros: Location was great. Very close to the grand-place but still quiet at the same time Very clean and had everything we needed

Pros: The location is great. But not if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay. It’s in the heart of the most traffic heavy places. Everything was new, not touched. But there are some small things that have to be there and missing. Overall it’s a very good place to stay with your friends if you’re into being fully engaged and active time spending.

Cons: Noisy outside, smelly street because of people who piss everywhere around there. Week WiFi signal and missing soap holder in the shower.

Pros: La posizione era eccellente, a due passi dalla grand place. La struttura è nuova e confortevole. La cucina è ben attrezzata. Ci siamo trovati nel complesso molto bene.

Cons: C'era un po di odore sgradevole in bagno appena entrati ma poi spariva. La prima notte non abbiamo trovato le lenzuola per il divano letto ma il giorno successivo era tutto a posto.

Pros: Posizione favolosa, a due passi da tutto, in pieno centro. Struttura nuova e pulita.

Cons: Non abbiamo trovato alcune cose che sarebbero potute essere utili come ad esempio un phon per asciugare i capelli o il bagnoschiuma. Dalla doccia spesso usciva puzza di fognatura e questo per chi dormiva nel letto attaccato al bagno non era tanto piacevole.. ovviamente essendo in centro la sera fanno confusione fuori ma vista la posizione si può passare oltre

Apartamento centrico

Pros: La ubicación es súper céntrica al lado de la Grand Plaçe. El apartamento esta recién reformado y todo es nuevo. La limpieza también estaba muy bien

Cons: Es una segunda planta sin ascensor por una escalera estrecha, así que no es apto para personas con movilidad reducida. A la cocina le faltaban utensilios de cocina como por ejemplo sartenes. Las camas son incomodas, la cama principal es muy blanda, incomoda y muy justa de tamaño para dos personas. En el apartamento hay un ruido constante, como un zumbido, de algún aparato eléctrico un poco molesto sobre todo a la hora de dormir. No hay instrucciones de como tirar la basura cuando tienes el cubo de basura lleno.

Pros: Apartamento muy cómodo, super nuevo y la zona es inmejorable. El precio, después de comparar, también es muy bueno

Séjour et rapport qualité/prix très correct pour Bruxelles et la durée du séjour.

Pros: Lieu central (derrière la Grand Place). Tout est neuf et en très bon état.

Cons: Il faut être conscient que les escaliers étroits et raides ne sont pas pratiques pour les personnes à mobilité réduite et/ou chargées (valises, poussette, etc). Propreté du lavabo de la salle de bain aurait pu être améliorée. La machine lumineuse au-dessus de la télé (on ne sait pas exactement à quoi elle sert) a fait du bruit durant la nuit ce qui m’a réveillée.
