Heart of Grand Place - Stunning 3BR Triplex

Lovely city and lovely apartment. Would definitely go to both again.

Pros: The location was excellent and the apartment was spacious and clean.

Cons: The seating in the lounge area wasn't very comfortable and there wasn't any satellite or cable tv as advertised.

Very central location!

Pros: The most amazing location, could not be more central. Perfect for a short stay if you want to be close to the sights. Very comfortable beds and very clean. It is so central that some street noise is to be expected and was not a problem at all - that said, we visited midweek so possibly weekends might be noisier.

Cons: The apartment was in some respects quite tired. Damp patches on the walls in the basement bedroom, leaking shower cubicle downstairs had been fixed with tape, kitchen has seen better days.

Great location, shame about noisy neighbours

Pros: The location is perfect! It is very central to everything which was really handy. The facilities in the apartment were really nice. Enjoyed the coffee machine. The host was reposonsive and gave lots of useful information.

Cons: I would have given this 10/10 reviews. However, the noise from the other apartment in the same building was very loud. Some reviews mention street noise, which we did not mind or find too loud. The neighbours next door made a lot of noise on the first night (Saturday). It felt like they were walking around in our apartment. And woke us all up. Luckily it was only 1 night but did affect the start of the trip which is a shame. And it went on for about 30mins the first time and they kept coming back between 12.45am - 2am. It was very intense.

Loved the apartment but just was not suitable for us on this occasion.

Pros: Location fabulous but very noisy on one night. Very nice apartment but stairs were very difficult, did not realise there was so many levels. Not ideal for young family members, our error! Bedrooms very spacious, wardrobes good size, really comfortable mattresses. Bathroom good size. Would stay again in the apartment, due to the location but not with young children. Looked like it had a well equipped kitchen, we did not use as plenty of restaurants local.

Cons: Staircase, could not take suitcases up to higher and lower level. On arrival it would have been nice to just have a tea/coffee available to us.

Pros: The location of the property is amazing, literally 30 seconds walk from the square and all of the local bars and restaurants, the apartment was clean and there are facilities on site for washing/dryer etc would 100% recommend.

Cons: With having a location in such a wonderful place it does also come with a small downfall, there was an event on at the top of the street potentially from a nightclub. Which had dozens and dozens of drunk goers walking past, with this came some noise and we're talking at 2am+. Looked out of the window to see multiple men and women urinating outside of the property. Now this wouldn't personally put me off rebooking and this was only for 1 of our 4 night stay but it's worth noting for anyone wishing to book. It woke one of our friends up whilst the rest were already awake in the apartment.

Pros: Очень понравилось расположение. 5 минут пешком до Рыночной ( Главной) площади и до центрального железнодорожного вокзала.

Cons: В квартире не хватает вешалки для верхней одежды. В спальных комнатах не хватает стульев или кресла. Постельное белье было мятым

Konumu güzel ev konforlu değişik dizayn edilmiş hoş bir ortam

Pros: Yatakları gayet konforluydu mutfakta bir çok olanak vardı kahve ikramları kahve makinaları olması gayet keyifliydi şehir merkezinde ve konumu gayet iyi her yere yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz ev sahibi gayet ilgiliydi evde küçük bir sorun yaşadık giderlerle su ile alakalı kendisine ulaşmamıza rağmen o bize sorun tespit Edip ulaştı ve sorunu çözdü.

Cons: Su giderleri ile alakalı bir sorun yaşadık. Bir de en alt kattaki kaldığımız yatak odasında hafif bir tuvalet kokusu vardı.

Pros: Konumu brüksel central istasyonuna ve grandplace a asiri yakin.(3 4 dakika sürer en fazla)Gezilecek yerlerin hemen hepsi yurüme mesafesinde.Hemen yakininda carrefour expres var. Evde her türlü esya mevcut, yataklar konforlu. Koltuk da acildiginda cift kisilik yatağa dönüşüyor ki açılmamis halinde bile rahatlikla uyuyabilirsiniz. 3 kat olmasi ayri ev veya odada olmanin özgürlüğünü sunuyor. 6 kisilik bir aile olarak rahat ettik.

Cons: O kadar büyük bir evde çamaşır odasınin evin icinde degil de bodrum katina ait ortak olanda oluşunu sevemedik. Karışık bir alanin icinde olmasi da hem tuhaf hem de biraz ürkütücüydü.

Beautiful clean accommodations central location

Pros: Location perfect right in the middle of everything. Walking distance to train station and to the center of the city. Perfect size for our family of four.

Cons: There was nothing we did not like
