Lovely apartment with welcoming host

Pros: Extremely well appointed apartment not far from the centre of Ghent. The host Tom was very welcoming. Some beer, jam, coffee, chocolate cake, biscuits were left for us. The apartment was super clean 🫧🛀🧹 with modern fittings , and the bed was very comfortable. We were given tips on which restaurants, cafe’s, shops, bars to visit. The apartment was a short walk from Dampoort station; we arrived by train.

Tremendous 10 days at L'atique. We will happily recommend the flat, and will stay again.

Pros: Great location - close to the old town and the station. Convenient parking arrangement also made a big difference. Apartment well appointed, and close to a good couple of stores. The apartment is well automated, so everything just works.

Cons: No major issues

Pros: The location is great. Close to the station and easy walk to town square. The host welcomes you and shows you around. Lovely home made treats were a nice touch. A very comfortable bed and nice toiletries. Smart tv already logged in to the subscriptions. Even had a little visit from the house cat. The hosts have thought of everything. I would highly recommend.

Appartment with Home-like atmosphere

Pros: Tom and Jurgen were exceptionally good hosts. The property is phenomenal, well-equipped, modern yet rustic, well-lit and ventilated, clean, worth every penny, and located in a prime neighbourhood. The city center was accessible from this property. The hosts explained every detail of how to use the amenities in the apartment. The highlight was the homemade spreads in the fridge — must try the chocolate spread. We would definitely stay in this property when we make another trip to Ghent. A highly recommended property. Oh, don't forget to meet Raoul, the cat. We have never seen a cat who is so eager to get his scritches.

Pros: Great apartment on an excellent location with everything we needed. It is nicely decorated, spacious and very clean. We would love to stay again on our next visit in Gent.

Bovenverwachting goed!

Pros: Tom en Jurgen waren fantastische hosts! We hadden goede communicatie vóór onze komst ze dachten zelfs mee aan welke treinen we het beste konden nemen. We hadden een geweldige welkom met zelfgemaakte chocolade taart in de koelkast (deze was heerlijk!). Er is in het appartement aan alle detail gedacht. Het heeft een prettige locatie naast het treinstation en dichtbij het centrum. Dit appartement is aan te raden en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Cons: Niets.

Geweldig origineel verblijf op loopafstand van de historische binnenstad van Gent

Pros: Het appartement is zeer smaakvol ingericht en alles is tot in het kleinste detail perfect. De keuken heeft echt alles en van goede kwaliteit. De locatie is geweldig, op loopafstand van de historische binnenstad en goed met de auto of OV te bereiken. We werden vriendelijk door de hosts begroet en de communicatie verliep soepel. Geen lawaai en heerlijk bed. Wij komen zeker terug!

Cons: Eigenlijk niets. Wel een wat griezelige trap naar de slaapvide, wij vonden het prima maar zou voor mensen lastig kunnen zijn.

Le top du top !

Pros: Tout était parfait ! Les hôtes étaient très gentils et accueillants. Ils ont pris le temps de nous présenter le logement. Cet appartement bénéfice d'un équipement et d'un degré de confort que nous n'avons jamais rencontré dans cette gamme de prix ! On voit que tout a été pensé pour s'y sentir bien et il a constitué le prolongement idéal de notre visite de cette superbe ville qu'est Gand. Des petites attentions nous attendaient dans le frigo... Franchement : le top du top !

Pros: Fijne mensen en absoluut een fijn plekje om te vertoeven.
