Trendy Apartments as Base to Discover Ghent

Excellent apartment with easy transport links into city centre or other cities

Pros: Lovely quiet area with tram available just up the road straight into Ghent, parking very easy no issues at all. Apartment was clean well furnished with everything you need. Would stay again if travelling back to the area 😊

Pros: It was really comfortable and there's a store right beside the apartment.

Pros: When we arrived, we didn't know how to open the combination lock, so the landlord came to help us open the door. Thank you very much!

Cons: It would be perfect if it could be equipped with a washing machine

Pros: Location and apartment is very nice. Area is safe, with a large shop available next door. Quiet area and lovely, green surroundings.

Cons: Cleaning could be improved.

It was a very nice stay, careful on very hot days.

Pros: Very good location and quiet place. Free car parking is great. A nice supermarket next to the building.

Cons: The property needs air condition, it is very hot when we stay (end of June).

Pros: Interesting, modern, comfortable and cool apartment in a nice quiet area with an amazing park near by. The city is easily accessed via Tram or city bike or ebike hire. Supermarket next door.

Cons: Would benefit from a clothes washine machine. There should be a table and chairs on the terrace .. maybe even a hammock? Very few power sockets for such a big apartment. The smaller bedroom had none!

Pros: The apartment is comfortable and well furnished. Free parking in the courtyard. A supermarket around the corner.

Cons: Without a car it is a bit far away from the town center.

Great place to relax or explore from

Pros: Great location to use as a base to not only explore Ghent itself (tram stop was only a few minutes walk away), but also the surrounding area in Belgium. It was also really handy having a supermarket and a chemist a couple of doors away. The area and the apartment itself was nice and quiet and had everything we needed during the stay. It was nice being able to park the car securely behind the apartment but also great that there were plenty of electric charge points just a few minutes walk away when we needed to charge it up. Ghent itself was well worth a visit. We bought the Gent card that gave access to most attractions and free public transport which I'd definitely recommend. Although beware that not all attractions were open every day which meant that we had to change our plans at the last minute when we found out that where we were planning to go was closed that day.

Cons: The apartment was a bit more open plan than we'd expected, with no doors for the bedrooms. It wasn't a problem, but just a bit of a shock for our teenagers who like to be able to get their privacy. For some reason most of the pans were for induction hobs and didn't work. We were able to work around it. but it did seem a bit odd having them there if you couldn't use them.

Comfortable and spacious appartment near Gent center

Pros: Very good location on a quiet neighborhood that is also great to explore Gent as the bus and tram stations to the center are withing walking distance of few minutes. Self check-in that is very usuefull if you are arrivint later at night. Parking space is avalable if you are coming with a car. A lot of storage space provided and also full kitchen equipment such as full size fridge and freezer, oven, stove tops l, dishwasher. Smart TV that allow youbto steam YouTube and other platforms like Apple TV ans Netflix. Responsive host in case of questions and also detailied information provided prior to the arriving.

Cons: It is worth mentioning that the bedrooms does not have own doors despite being separated by the appartment layout. The bathroom is not separated to the main bedroom completely so keep in mind that for any privacy concerns.

We have a wonderful and confortable stay

Pros: Very nice Apartment. There‘s coffee machine for coffee lovers like me😊 it was easy to find and the Tram stop is not so far. Grocery just is just around the corner😊 plus a very helpful host😊

Cons: The other room doesn’t have a door and the Shower room cannot be locked . But its not really a big deal for us.
