Great Amenities and a Kind Host

Pros: The house is well-equipped, featuring two private bedrooms and one additional room that’s slightly in the way, but still manageable. It comes fully stocked with kitchen utensils, bed linens, towels, and more. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the train station and close to restaurants, parks, and supermarkets. The host was consistently kind and responsive, answering all our questions promptly. It’s also very near the Ghent International Convention Center.

Cons: The house isn’t close to the city center, but it’s easily accessible by public transportation that departs nearby. Other than that, everything was great—I would definitely stay there again.

Pros: The apartment was attractive and spacious. The kitchen had everything that you would need to make a meal and there were plenty of plates and glasses. It was possible le to walk to all the main attractions and was very close to the railway station. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Cons: Everything about the property was good although we didn’t find many places locally to eat.

Pros: The location was ideal being just a 5 minute walk from Gent Centraal station. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and slow paced. We, 3 females, felt very safe. The apartment felt bigger than actually pictured due to the high ceilings. The apartment is so well decorated and furnished that we enjoyed staying in and relaxing with the view. Oli was very communicative and easy to contact through WhatsApp. He sent a well thought out pdf with all the information we would need through What’s App after booking. We really appreciated that document. It made traveling so much easier. We highly recommend Casa Clementina!

Great experience of Ghent.

Pros: We liked the location. Walking around and having a park close-by is nice. Would also work well for those who travels by train. Very convinient located to railwaystation.

Cons: It was a bit challenging to get to the appartment located at the top floor. With 4 kids and lugage it's a challenge, but we enjoyed the stay and the view towards trainstation. I like trains and stations.

Pros: The house was very well-equipped and spacious. It had all the amenities one could reasonably need. Check-in was very easy and the host was very responsive. There's a bit of a walk to the city centre but for us this was not an issue as we were attending a conference at the ICC which was close by.

Cons: It is a beautifully restored art-nouveau house but, due to building restrictions, there is no lift and noise seeps through from one floor to another. However, overall we still had a very pleasant stay.
