3 Room Luxury Design Apartment with Airconditioning

A perfect 10

Pros: Amazing apartment with an excellent location. The owners have created a perfect place to stay in lovely Ghent. We are amazed by their virtual hospitality. We highly recommend it if you want to experience what 10 out of 10 means. Thank you Oli, we are definitely comming back.

Cons: The only negative thing was the fact that we had to leave at the end of our stay.🙂

Fantastic flat in Ghent

Pros: The location was great for our needs as we were traveling to Brugges as well. Was indeed a 5 minute walk to the train station. Tram stop for number 3 or number 1 tram to take us into Ghent city center was only a 5 minute walk away as well- 10 mins on tram takes you into center. Apartment is beautiful, very clean and had everything we required for a 3 night stay.

Cons: The steep and narrow stairs to the flat were taken carefully and slowly but didn't detract from the convenience and luxury of the flat itself.

Pros: good location for the station and the tram into town. Three good bedrooms.

Cons: The flights of stairs got narrower and narrower so it was quite tricky for us old 'uns to lug our suitcases up and down.

Pros: Very tastefully decorated and well appointed apartment with 3 very good sized double bedrooms. It suited our family of 4 very well. The small balcony was a bonus, looking out over busy train tracks. The sound proofing was very good and effective. Close to the train station with direct trains to Bruges and Brussels. Communication with the owner was very good and helpful from the very beginning.

Cons: Parking was at first a little stressful as the road Parking was 5 hours maximum during the day. The owner, though, was very helpful and showed us where to park for free.

Modern, comfortable, spacious (3 nice bedrooms), clean but rather noisy.

Pros: Clean, spacious, modern equipment, close to the main station, easy check in (contactless), good communication with host

Cons: Rather noisy (trains on both sides of the flat, ceiling not soundproof - you could hear people walk in the surrounding apartments)

Pros: The apartment is close(5 min. walking distance) to the train station and about 25 minutes to all main places/activities in Ghent. Clean, comfortable + kitchen with all required appliances. The owner(Olivier) contacted & helped us directly. Thanks!

Pros: Very convenient for family’s travel. Enough space to enjoy the time and sit together with each other. Modern design with air conditions in a transitional House, very surprise! Friendly recommendation before we arrive.

Pretty good, would book again.

Pros: The apartment is very spacious and close to the train station, which was the reason why we booked it. The images don't represent it the very well - the rooms are big and so is the living room. All three beds fit 2 people easily. For our needs (base camp while we visited the nearby cities), it was perfect. The street is also very quiet at night and felt safe.

Cons: After a hot shower the humidity gathered in the bathroom, which took a bit to dissipate. There should be a better ventilation system. Hardly a big issue, though. Sometimes we could hear the people staying in the apartment above, but there isn't much one can do about that. Did not bother our sleep.

Excellent clean and cosy apartment. A great base for travel to Brugge, Antwerp etc

Pros: A lovely very clean apartment - minutes away from the train station. 20-25 minute walk into the main square. Very comfy beds. Nice coffee machine.

Cons: Everything was excellent. Not a big problem - the pillows were a bit soft and small for my liking. The stairs could be an issue if you have big luggage cases or have mobility issues. These are so minor points and does not take away the excellence of the apartment.

All was amazing

Pros: The apartments are comfortable and clean. They are equipped with everything you need. There was enough space for 5 people and there is one common room where you can have fun together. Very convenient location to the train station, which was very useful as you can get there quickly at night and rest. Thank you very much for such good conditions!!! We really liked everything. It is a small inconvenience that there is no elevator. Therefore, it will be difficult for the elderly to get to the upper floors.
