Pros: Great location for walking and catching trams and buses. Considering we were on the main road, it was very quiet at night. Communication was great. Good space for 2 adults and 3 teenagers even keeping the murphy bed down during the day. I would stay here again.

Pros: Great location, close to tram stop and walking distance to Christmas markets, spacious, warm, host good to communicate with and clear instructions of location and entry given.
Cons: We arrive 25mins before check in and the cleaners arrived just after us. They said they only needed 30mins to the clean and were happy for us to leave our bags while we went and got a late lunch. Which we were thankful for since and we were 25mins early anyways. Everything was neat and tidy when we returned but you could tell the clean was a rush job, dusty and some old food missed with the vacuum cleaner. I didn’t contact the host about it as I preferred to just clean it up myself and didn’t think it was worth cleaners coming back, and being Christmas I understand it’s a busy time.

Pros: Great location. Apartment was very easy to locate and access thanks to detailed information. Lift was very useful with young children, one in a buggy. Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very handy for getting into the centre, accessing trams and buses and travelling from the train station. A busy location but no noise disturbance once in the apartment with the windows closed.
Cons: Disappointed we had to contact the host the day before our stay to ask for the information about entry, finding the apartment and paying the deposit. It shouldn’t have been our job to chase up. The apartment could have been cleaner- dust over the tv unit, bedside tables and under the beds. There was only one refuse bag in the bin and none spare, which meant we had to go out and buy some as one wasn’t sufficient for a week stay with a young child in nappies. The highchair also seemed to have a belt or section missing, though this may not be something that the host was aware of unless it was brought to their attention.

Pros: La casa es amplia, luminosa, cómoda, todo está en buen estado, las camas son cómodas, está bien situada y la terraza amplia, tiene pinta de ser una maravilla cuando el tiempo lo permita.
Cons: El portal es terrible, la puerta se queda abierta, en el interior hay otra puerta con llave para acceder al ascensor, pero en el pasillo de fuera hay basura, latas de cerveza vacías, papeles, restos de todo tipo, en la puerta había vómitos, una bolsa que tenía pinta de ser de algún mendigo que duerma ahí y luego, ya fuera alrededor de la puerta muchísima basura. Nosotros éramos 5, pero entrar una persona sola en ese portal por la noche tiene que dar miedo. Estuvimos de jueves a domingo y siempre estuvo la misma basura y fue a más, así que no sé cuándo se limpia ese portal. Una pena, el resto era fantástico

Fantastisch!
Pros: Top locatie, vlakbij/in het centrum. Verhuurder heel erg behulpzaam, snelle reactie, netjes en schoon.
Cons: 2 kleine dingetjes, 1) waarvan de koelkast die niet koud werd. Inmiddels doorgegeven aan de verhuurder en gaat het bekijken.

Pros: Locatie was perfect! Appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt!
Cons: Douche is al na 2 personen lauw / koud en hij kan niet goed opgehangen worden!

Pros: Mooi schoon alles zag er netjes uit dakterras is top!
Cons: Het is het beste voor 4 personen maar voor ons was het opklapbed geen probleem in de woonkamer

Fantastisch luxe appartement op hele prachtige locatie en fijn terras
Pros: Het appartement was zeer schoon goed ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien op een uitstekende locatie Wij komen graag nog eens keer
Cons: Ik miste de info wat te doen met vuilnis , afsluiten appartement bij vertrek We hebben de sleutel maar weer in kluisje gedaan (moesten wij de bedden ook afhalen hoe werkt de tv Kluisje was lastig te vinden maar de buren hebben even geholpen bleek er ook nog weer andere code op te zitten dan wij hadden doorgekregen
