Pros: Everything was great, the host was very friendly and very helpful. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Great little apartment in an amazing location.

Pros: Amazing location. It was clean and well maintained.

Cons: It wasn’t an issue for us really, but the stairs aren’t for those who may be a little unsteady on their feet. Sofa bed would only really work for smaller children.

Pros: A great location, just a stone throw from the buoyant town centre. The appartment is spacious, nicely furnished and comfortable. Great having separate bedrooms with individual bathrooms and an awesome kitchen. The host was very helpful and friendly and provided clear and detailed instructions. We'd gladly return in future and recommend this place.

Cons: The stairs to the (upper) apartment are steep and relatively narrow and a bit of a challenge for hauling suitcases/packs, but quite doable and the stairs have sturdy handrails and are well lit.

Overall good, but could be better

Pros: Location is very good. Amenities inside the apart was enough even for a longer stay (we stayed only 1 night). There were extra sheets for the 3rd person in the room. The separator in the room was OK to use. The host sends you a link that you can insert your info where you'd be expected to upload an official document to check-in. This is one of those hotels / aparts that you encounter with no host / human directly; only communication is through a portal (which turned out to be OK for us).

Cons: Could have been a bit cleaner (the sheets were OK but the rest of the room didn't seem like cleaned like you'd like, there was dust all over the place), the sofa was not the most comfortable bed for the 3rd person. And mosquitos... a lot of them. You could use a fly screen as it's a problem in Ghent during summer. I spent the night chasing after them.

Unusual, cool accomodation

Pros: Really beautiful and cozy apartment in heart of Gent. Cool windows with view on the street, all apliances, clean and easy to enter (self check-in).

Perfect city centre pad

Pros: The view from the terrace was super and the location couldn't be better.

Cons: The stairs were (as warned) steep., but the climb was worth it.

Lovely Stay in Ghent

Pros: The location was great for the old town and Graserli areas. The property was clean and comfortable with a lovely outside roof terrace. There was a tram stations 20m away and about 100m away to different areas of the city.

Cons: We had prepared earlier for our stay without an elevator and were able to only take our small bag to the apartment. But it was 4 flights of stairs and also stairs inside the apartment for the top bedroom.

Pros: It was very central with great restaurants and sites close by. The property app made it very easy to check in.

Cons: The street parking situation wasn't ideal and it wasn't clear how to get access to the property recommended parking. Also it was quite expensive to check out late or check in earlier.

Pros: Great location. Lots of cool bars/cafes close by, perhaps even better than the ones in town.

Family stay

Pros: Amazing location only a very short walk from the centre of town. Clean, modern and very well appointed. Would definitely come again!

Cons: The stairs are an amazing feature but could be challenging for someone with poor mobility or balance.
