Duplex Rosières - 12’ de Bruxelles

A good place for peace and quiet

Pros: The apartment is located in a converted outbuilding, separate from the main house. Thanks to its location (the property is situated on a driveway in the middle of the local countryside), silence is guaranteed (during my stay, the only sounds I heard were birds chirping, which was very relaxing!). The basic amenities of the property are very good(especially the well-equipped kitchen, with a Nespresso machine as a great perk, and a large TV in the living room). The bed was comfortable, and all the rooms were very clean

Cons: The WiFi connection is unstable, especially on the upper floor (bedroom and bathroom). Due to the slanted ceiling in the bathroom, the space for washing in the tub is very cramped, and tall people will definitely have difficulty washing comfortably.

Pros: Parfait. Très beau cadre et reposant, propreté impeccable. A recommander.

Pros: Bardzo ładny i komfortowy apartament , wynajmujący bardzo mili . Napewno jeszcze wrócimy w to miejsce !! :)

Pros: Bel endroit, personne très à l'écoute et réactive

Cons: Un peu froid, un petit plaid dans le salon aurait été top ! ☺️

Pros: la serviabilité de la propriétaire (panne de batterie de voiture et elle avait des câble et sa voiture pour me dépanner)

Cons: les indications fléchée pour le denier km

Pros: Schitterende en rustige locatie. De duplex was zeer aangenaam, een aanrader.

Cons: Bad, je kan je niet goed wassen en niet recht staan om eventueel douche te gebruiken.

Très bien malgré tout.

Pros: L’hôte est très gentille, compréhensive et arrangeante. Le logement est grand, lit confortable.

Cons: Le manque de chauffage la nuit. Le chauffage s’est arrêté le soir et ayant passé la journée et soirée dehors (séjour du 31/12 au 01/01), nous avions très froid et n’avons pas réussi à nous réchauffer. Le chauffage a redémarré le matin. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de volet dans la chambre, simplement des rideaux qui laissent passer la lumière.

Pros: Appartement de qualité, aménagé avec goût, dans un endroit calme et en même temps PROCHE de tout.

Cons: Une vraie douche

Paisible et reposant.

Pros: L’hôte était adorable et très arrangeant. Le lit était très confortable et le logement était très propre. Le cadre est paisible et reposant.

Super séjour

Pros: L emplacement, la gentillesse de la propriétaire, le studio est indépendant de m habitation principale, la propreté

Cons: La baignoire est dans la soupente. Pas évident pour se laver mais comme je suis petite ça a été
