Wonderful stay in lovely surroundings.

Pros: This is a delightful flat in wonderful surroundings. It was very quiet and the garden is huge and lovely. Parking is good and access to Wavre is easy. The flat is very spacious and comfortable with a good kitchen and great shower room. The one downside was the staircase which had very small steps and had to be used carefully. There are 2 good handrails to hang on to. We enjoyed our stay enormously. Thank you.

Pros: We just loved the place, really quiet area all day and night. The apartment is really comfortable, the bed ia super comfortable. The kitchen fully equipped.we just had everything we need there for a cool relaxation

Cons: The stairs a bit challenging..

Perfect stay, the owner is a great guy, he give us every information about our stay.

Pros: The appartment was super clean, everything was there! Nothing was missing there. It is located in very calm place, near a golf field.

Pros: We spent a perfect week in this lovely apartment. I little out of the way from Wavre but you are rewarded with a very tranquil setting in a beautiful part of town. We stayed in the lower apartment which has been very recently refurbished to high standard. Bed more on the hard side but very comfortable. Communication with the owner was perfect, We would be very happy to come back for our next stay.

Pros: Wir bewohnten die obere Etage des Cottsges. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Auch der Garten, mit bequemen Sitzmöbe ausgestattet,l ist wunderbar. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ländlich, umgeben von Feldern und einer kleinen Ortschaft, die zu Wavre gehört. Der Vermieter war stets freundlich und erreichbar für Fragen. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!! Unser Urlaub war wundervoll. Vielen Dank!!

Pros: J'ai adoré le localisation, le calme, la tranquillité, la taille du logement.

Cons: J'ai moins aimé l'étroitesse des routes pour y arriver, l'absence de tablette et de poignée dans la douche, l'absence de lumière vers le visage dans la salle de bains et le manque d'isolation acoustique des pas des habitants du logement au dessus. Quelques petits détails en fait.

Pros: Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement comme dit plus haut ,propreté générale et literie impeccable, confort, décoration , fonctionnalité. Tout était parfait. La réactivité de l'hôte Sébastien. Logement clair dans un environnement charmant avec magnifique vue sur la campagne du Brabant wallon.

Pros: Appartement avec tout le confort souhaité, bien éclairé par de larges fenêtres donnant sur le jardin et la campagne...

Cons: Tout était parfait, vraiment rien à redire (je suis ancien hôtelier)

Pros: Emplacement isolé et silencieux, seulement deux hébergements sur place. Parking devant, accès autonome. Logement très spacieux, équipements de qualité, propres et bien assortis.

Cons: Rien !
