Wonderful hotel in a brilliant location - you'll like it!

Pros: The look and feel of the place is excellent, the bar/lounge is a wonderful place to sit and relax in, the whole place is warm and welcoming and you feel special without it being stuffy. Room was immaculate, spacious, breakfast had a great range and the staff were great. Highly recommend. Brilliant location in the old town, also about 5 minutes to the underground station, which means you can get to the train station easily.

Cons: Nothing. It was superb.

Recommended, great location and staff.

Pros: The location (once we'd found the parking) was perfect, very central, just what we wanted. The rooms were good and comfortable. The staff were really helpful, the reception particularly so.

Cons: Breakfast could be better - not good value. Rooms (in cold February) were a bit too warm at night, with no apparent adjustment.

Pros: Great location in the heart of the old town of Antwerp, lovely welcome at Reception and cosy bar

Cons: Bathroom was ice cold and shower was not closed off so lots of water on the floor when you finish showering. Comfi bed but blankets quite small. No coffee/tea in the room.

An excellent choice of accommodation very near to Antwerp’s historic centre.

Pros: Excellent location within a few minutes walk of the historic district, including the beautiful Cathedral where we enjoyed a very informative tour. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast choices were excellent and there was a great range of comfortable seating in the public areas. The hotel was also very quiet and scrupulously clean.

Cons: We’re sorry not to give a very well-deserved 10 but we were frustrated by not being able to connect an HDMI cable to the TV to watch UK channels via our device. To be so close to the UK but to have so little choice of TV channels in English was disappointing and it was so frustrating that the TV would not change HDMI inputs. The reception team were very sympathetic but could not help us. This appeared to be a company-wide decision which must annoy other guests too.

Pros: Very comfortable hotel located within reach of the main sights of the city. Comfortable room, although a little small and without tea/coffee making facilities.

Clean and perfectly located

Pros: Very well located and friendly staff. The room is small but it has all the essential amenities. We were in the second building, facing inside - very quiet room!! The parking needs to be reserved and it’s accessible through an elevator.

Cons: Breakfast is pricey for what it’s offered and several tables are too close together

Pros: Very good location near to the old town square in this area of the town are the best bars and restaurants much better to stay in this area than near the central station. Excellent nights sleep in the hotel
