Super nice hotel at excellent occasion

Pros: Very nice hotel, excellent location for activities around the city

Cons: Nothing. It was all good. They serve aperitivo every day which is complementary “food & drinks” for guests. Really nice. The food turned out to be nuts and olives, but still a super nice gesture

Pros: It is the second time we stayed here as we loved the hotel and location near the old town and river. The breakfast is good and they do a lovely free aperitif for guests in the evening.

Cons: We had a 'cosy' room this time and it was very small. Fine for 1 night as a couple but we preferred the larger room we had the last time.

Pros: We had such a wonderful stay! The staff were fantastic, the location unbeatable, and the daily offering of free drinks and snacks in the afternoon encouraged guests to linger before heading out for the evening, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere.

I would definitely stay at Banks Antwerp again.

Pros: Good size of room; nice bathroom; pleasant view; terrific location; extremely nice, helpful and friendly staff. Very good breakfasts, as well.

Cons: I would appreciate to option to have woollen blankets instead of a stifling, sweaty, polyester duvet, and down pillows instead of polyester pillows. It is very hard to go away for several days, with a lot to do, and only be able to get to sleep by taking pills. The advent of artificial material duvets and pillows has really ruined travel.

Everything was just smooth and professionally working

Pros: Location close centre easy to reach by walk, public parking about 50 m from hotel, friendly hotel staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and very nice surprise afternoon snacks for free made by hotel staff that made people to come together and made entrance hotel space more living kind of
