Lovely location spacious rooms and decent value for money

Pros: Location size of room a small balcony and an open bar

Cons: Receptionist has extremely loud voice and the door of bathroom Locked itself twice. It was also cold in the room and heating took a while.

It was the most wonderful week I have spent in Belgium.

Pros: The room, the coffee, and the staff’s professionalism were excellent. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I enjoyed a wonderful terrace with a beautiful view.

Cons: There was nothing I found unsatisfactory.

Cons: There ware construction works close by. But there is nothing that can be done.

Perfect fit for a family with teens

Pros: We had 2 double bed rooms in the fifth floor that were connected via a spacious balcony, just perfect for us. Nice view over the quarter.

Overall great!

Pros: Overall good hotel. Good beds, rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast has plenty of options. Staff is friendly. The self service bar is great.

Cons: There were some plumbing issues in the hotel during our stay. This was resolved during our stay (there were plumbing service vehicles outside the hotel)
