Absolutely satisfied with this hotel and glad we chose it for our trip. Staff were beyond helpful!

Pros: Staff were absolutely excellent. Hotel was very clean and comfortable, in a very convenient location. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons: There was a bit of noise from the street at times, but not enough to keep me up, annoy me or detract from my stay.

An ideal base in the heart a fun city

Pros: Cool vibe. Comfortable, clean accommodation and lovely bedding. Great breakfast. Warm professional staff - thanks particularly to Michael. We loved it!

Pros: Really beautiful room on the ground floor with an amazing bath.

Pros: Perfectly situated in the heart of town. Everything is in walking distance. The hotel is just wunderful! The historic building with old wooden beams is charming and modern and luxurious at the same time. Your breakfast is freshly made and absolutely delicious. The great coffee, the wonderful staff and the tasty jazz tunes really made my day! The staff is a delight, everybody is super helpful, kind and charming. PERFECT!!!

Pros: The staff were excellent- from the manager who could not do enough to the great guys from Napoli who staffed the bar and restaurant and were super friendly to my wife and I. Passionate about their football. Breakfast was more expensive than average but was far better than average, from freshly squeezed orange juice to superb waffle. Location was excellent for the old town and room was great - comfortable bed and fantastic bath! Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel in the centre of town with large rooms.

Pros: Huge rooms and very nice staff. Very good cooked breakfast on offer. Excellent location in the centre of town. Great base for a short stay in Antwerp.

Cons: It is in the centre of town, so can/will get a bit noisy at times. The hotel thoughtfully provided earbuds. TV reception not great.

Pros: Very friendly staff, nice big rooms and bathrooms, convenient location in central Antwerp, many options for breakfast.

Pros: Great location in the city center, extremely clean and tidy hotel. Cosy dining and breakfast area. Surprisingly spacious room. Very stylish. Friendly and helpful staff.

Perfect city hotel

Pros: The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Historic Quarter. Staff were very attentive. The room was spotless, and the bed was comfy. We even had a nespresso machine for our morning coffees, which was a lovely touch. One of our rooms was upgraded too, which was a nice surprise. We chose not to stay for breakfast each morning, instead heading to the local bakeries which were easy to walk to.

Cons: I didn't like the open plan shower, but that's just my personal preference.
