Serwir Hotel

Absolutely recommending this hotel to my friends!!

Pros: Beautiful rooms, very friendly staff who helped when needed, lost a towel i brought in the beginning to protect my switch i brought to game with my partner and they got a replacement i was allowed to keep, the morning breakfast was really delicious and the view from the window was really good too!! The ac / heater was really great and overall had a Wonderful time and experience during my stay!!

Cons: There's not much to note of dislikes, altho we did have a clogged drain on the first day, and had to use towels for the whole bathroom as there wasnt anything preventing the water from leaking out under the door, this was however fixed the next day and i doubt this happens regularly

Pros: Comfortable beds, but pillows not so good...but that's a personal thing.

Cons: Shower was not so good.

Pros: beds were great and the rooms very spacious, the food we had catered at the event was very good

Cons: nothing really to complain about as we had an event in the hotel so very convenient location

Pros: Comfortable. Quiet. Great breakfast. Clean. Easy, free parking in front of the hotel.

Cons: Room is getting old. No free bikes of the hotel (only expensive rental). Big, loud group in the cafe in the evening and in breakfast hall in the morning.

Pros: Excellent location off motorway and nice walk to city centre.

Pros: lovely modern hotel with good motor bike parking and easy access to motorway the evening meal and breakfast were both excellent. the rooms were spacious.

Pros: Checking in was quick and easy, friendly staff. Room very clean and comfortable, phone charging sockets, very clean bathroom & lovely shower. Breakfast was good lots to choose from loved the waffle making machine 😋

Pros: The room was very spacious and quiet, and spotless. Breakfast was very good quality.

Cons: I couldn't turn the heated towel rail on and reception couldn't help.

Pros: Great location close to the town. Excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Cons: One of the beds had a hard plastic sheet under the bedding which was not comfortable to sleep on.

Good comfortable overnight stop.

Pros: Position of hotel relative to motorway, good breakfast, free parking and good air conditioning in rooms.

Cons: Booking a table at reception for evening meal on day of arrival has now gone wrong twice , seems restaurant which is 30 mtrs from reception desk do not get the bookings. Evening meals tend to be on the large size and quite expensive.
