Pros: Location and conditions od apartament - multiple bathrooms and toilets.

Pros: The very nice apartment very well located near a supermarket near the center the owner is a love of person to help you in everything you need from your arrival to your departure

Pros: Very nice spacious apartment with everything we needed for a week self-catering. Check in and out was easy. Everything was clean. Small supermarket and also tram stops very close.

Cons: The apartment is in a part of town that was really dirty - obviously not the owner's fault, but there are nicer parts of town.

Pros: Les gestionnaires de la location ont été très réactifs lorsque nous avons fait une réclamation au sujet de notre premier logement.

Cons: Le premier logement qui nous a été proposé et qui n’était pas du tout à la hauteur de nos espérances

Pros: Wir haben diese Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen über Silvester gebucht, einige Wochen vorher haben wir eine Nachricht bekommen, dass die Wohnung aufgrund von Beschädigungen durch Gäste nicht bewohnbar ist. Uns wurden stattdessen direkt zwei kleinere Apartments angeboten, die Abwicklung war super. Die beiden Wohnungen waren sehr geräumig, hell und sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder buchen!

Cons: Die Ausstattung der Küche war nicht perfekt, beispielsweise hat ein Schneidebrett und ein Topfdeckel gefehlt. Alles nur Kleinigkeiten, insgesamt war es ausreichend.

Lovely apartment, great communication but noise made it that bit less special!

Pros: The apartment was well equipped and spotlessly clean.

Cons: On our first night the apartment above us had a party from 3am until 8am which led to fighting. As 4 girls we were quite frightened as there was 6 men (we counted as they left!). When we reported it to the staff they replied and responded promptly and evicted the guests. Lack of sleep did put a bit of a dampener on our second day. Then on our last morning we were wakened by drilling in the apartment beside us!
