Pros: Very welcoming apartment. The terrace was magnificent on the sunny day. Very nice bathroom with a bath and shower. The beautiful setup, furniture, lights, and decorations make you want to feel at home. The room and bed are very comfortable, even on a hot day. Little diamond in the big city. Pros: Very nice place to stay in the centre of Antwerp. Although the appartment is a bit aged, it's got all amenities you need. The duplex with terrace and living space on the upper floor and bedrooms on the lower one keeps both the early and late sleepers happy. The modern lighting system is an interesting puzzle, we were not able to fully decypher it in three days. The building is just on the border of the red light district, which caused no inconveniences at all; to the contrary, there is a night shop close by which is open all the time. You can easily walk around the most seedy streets to reach the Scheldt or the city centre, which are less than a 10 minutes walk away. There were a few inconveniences mentioned below, but we still will gladly book here again on future occasions.

Cons: It should be clearly stated on the web site that this place is not accessible for people with reduced mobility, for the sake of honesty. Our company had no problems with the steep stairs (six floors) but elederly people of travelers with heavy luggage may not be able to reach the upper floor. The place was not clean upon arrival, one of the towels showed stains of bodily fluids although it had been washed. The table in the kitchen still had crumbs and grease. One of the kitchen closets needs repair. The floor of the terrace needs some maintenance, like fixing loose nails or screws. If I were the host, I would put an additional barrier to increase the height of the terrace walls, sooner or later a drunken visitor may fall off.

Pros: Absolutely perfect place to stay, it’s cozy indeed and the host is very communicative and great. We really appreciated the provided Google map with recommended spots around Antwerpen by the host. The area is modern, with awesome vibe restaurants.

Comfortable appartment close to MAS, many restaurants and town centre

Pros: Comfortable bed, nice terrace, kitchen with everything I needed, close to my work and to restaurants etc., the bath (!), quick reply of the owner to my messages

Pros: Very friendly and helpful founder. Amazing space. Once settled in was really happy with the choice.

Cons: 6 flights of stairs to get to third floor. The location area at night time.

Pros: 広いキッチンやユニークな居間やベッドルームが二つあり広いベランダからの眺めも良く斜めの窓に心地よい屋根裏部屋の感じか日本人の私には珍しく何日か泊まりたかったです。バスタブにゆっくり浸かれてとても良かった！

Cons: 各部屋連動コントロールの照明のスイッチが分かりづらく、自動で消えるので作業中に突然暗くなってしまったりした。 ４階分の階段が大荷物で少し大変でした。 電子レンの中に手のつけてない料理がのったお皿が入っていてビックリしました。 捨てた後少し心がいたみました。

Cons: Hier en daar las ik wat over gebreken die er bij ons nog steeds waren. Wat uitgeleefd. Wat opfrissing van de keuken zou bv fijn zijn. Muffe, vochtige geur in de badkamer ook. Veluxramen in de slaapkamer zouden es een poetsbeurt kunnen gebruiken. Zetel wat uitgezeten. Details.

Pros: Mooie, ruime duplex met een prachtig terras, goed uitgeruste keuken en badkamer.

Cons: Er was veel lawaai op straat 's nachts. Maar daar kan de eigenaar natuurlijk weinig aan veranderen.
