Pros: 1. Location. It's great. You have botanical garden nearby, couple of churches and ALDI. It's 1.5 kilometers from main station and bus stations. 2. The master bedroom is great. 3. There is everything in the appartment: hair dryer, dishwasher machine, kitchenware, TV. 4. Bathroom is great. Both shower and bath 5. Everything is clean. 6. Balcony. In the warmer time of the year - great thing, very romantic. 7. Fireplace. It's a gas fireplace, no wood logs but it makes the experience cozy and warm.

Cons: Sometimes the door code didn't work - good that the keys were placed near the door

GREAT (but steep walk-up)

Pros: We loved the beds, the beautiful bathroom, and the appliances.

Cons: There was no elevator. a VERY steep 4 flights of stairs with luggage is not pleasant. More should be don't to notify renters that there is NO elevator. My mom had a hip replacement and this information would have been critical in our decision to rent here.

Sehr zentral, hell und groß

Pros: Es war wunderbar! Das Apartment war sehr groß und ruhig. Besonders die Räume nach hinten raus. In der Küche war alles vorhanden und es war gemütlich und hell. Hilfreich waren die Mückengitter an 3 Fenstern.

Cons: Das hört sich viel an, aber es war dort trotzdem wunderbar: Der Treppenaufgang ist sehr steil und die Stufen kurz. Beim Duschen fließt das Wasser bis unter die Toilette. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner waren noch an, wir haben die Sachen aus der Waschmaschine dann noch in den Trockner gesteckt, 4 Tage feucht in der Maschine, wäre nicht so gut gewesen. Die Spülmaschine war nicht ausgeräumt. Es gab auch kein Spülmaschinenmittel zum Anmachen vorm Verlassen der Wohnung.

Idéal pour un week-end !

Pros: L’appartement est bien aménagé,spacieux , lumineux, bien entretenu, la grande salle de bain est très agréable et la situation géographique est parfaite .Propriétaire très disponible .Nous y retournons avec plaisir !!!

Cons: La terrasse mériterait un petit coup de peinture , et il restait quelques mégots au sol .( léger détail,car ce logement vaut le détour !)
