Warm Christmas break in Antwerpen

Pros: The title of the listing is not lying - the location is great! The city center is very close and the neighbourhood is both quiet and full with food places and other facilities. Super option for Christmas break! The host is very attentive. She sent us all check-in instructions in advance and helped us with some issues during our stay. The apartment itself is spacious, comfy and warm. Overall, we had a good time staying there!

Cons: The apartment needed some maintenance in some areas. It is situated on 2nd floor with steep Dutch style stairs. It was fine for us, can be a problem for others. The bed is comfortable but pillows could be better - too small and almost flat.

Pros: The location is really good, in a quiet area, so for light sleepers like me it was perfect! And it's between old city center and modern part of Antwerpen, close to the river. There was no need to use public transport. The bed was really comfortable.

Cons: There was quite lot of dust on the shelves in the closet so I had to clean it before putting my clothes. Some minor furniture malfunctions, such as the toilet lid, the shelf by the bed is slightly detached from the wall, no light in the hallway to the apartment. But this did not affect the quality of the stay, in general I am very satisfied.

Walking distance to everything

Pros: Great location, very comfortable apartment with functional kitchen and utensils you can actually cook with. Good communication with hosts, who reply immediately to your questions.

Cons: Creaking floor (seems common in Antwerp) and narrow staircase that will be difficult for people with mobility problems.

Pros: 広くて清潔だった。 暖房、バスルームのお湯などとても快適だった。 向かいのカフェもとても良く静かなエリアだった。 ホストも連絡が付きやすく、細かなフォローが助かりました。

Cons: 階段が急でスーツケースを運ぶのが大変だった。

Pros: Eine schöne, große Wohnung in toller Lage. Das Schlafzimmer ging zum Innenhof, deshalb ruhig.

Cons: Die Koffer muss man über einen schmalen Treppenaufgang , teils Wendeltreppe, in den 2. Stock tragen. Also besser kleines Gepäck!

Pros: de vriendelijkheid en steeds bereikbaar als er iets was.

Mooi appartement vlakbij oude centrum

Pros: Locatie is ideaal en het appartement is volledig uitgerust, modern en netjes. Het bed is comfortabel, de keuken is volledig uitgerust.

Cons: Momenteel wordt het pand ernaast gerenoveerd wat soms wat geluidsoverlast kan geven maar dit is tijdelijk. De vloer kraakt enorm waardoor je je wat bezwaard voelt voor de onderburen. Hou rekening dat de trap naar het appartement redelijk eng is dus als je veel bagage bij je hebt of slecht ter been bent kan dat een uitdaging zijn.
