Bruyant et décevant

Pros: Annonce conforme à l’offre. Expérience défavorable car gros travaux de démolition dans l’immeuble mitoyen rendant la présence en journée très désagréable, voire insupportable ( marteau piqueur, nuisance à l’extérieur poussière envahissant une bonne partie de la rues). Nous avions choisi cet appartement pour le calme de sa situation. Donc vivement déconseillé pour les semaines, mois à venir.
