Great Value, Friendly and Convenient.

Pros: The Flat was very close to the hotel and Botanique Metro. Spacious, Clean, comfortable. The guys on reception go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Top Value - also given that due to a strike - it was a late booking.

Overall value for money ... Will recommend this for budget travel.

Pros: Location was good, the bathroom has a jet in the toilet 😀 full marks for that. Overall value for money. Had a table fan and iron box too..kitchen was also ok. Had restaurants and grocery and night shops very close by.

Cons: Had wifi issues for the first couple of days with no proper response from the staff. Considering it was a long stay there should be some arrangement to get the apartment cleaned as cleaning charges were applied. The shower force was very low. But i think overall it was a good deal and a good place for a budget stay
