Pros: L'emplacement dans Bruxelles et le quartier, le confort et l'espace de l'appartement, planche à repasser, cintres, armoire de rangement.

Cons: La saleté dans la cage d'escalier et le couloir d'entrée (puanteur due à l'amoncellement des poubelles de tout l'immeuble), vaisselle sale, problème d'écoulement de la douche, manque de patères, pas de fer à repasser, pas de micro-ondes. Difficulté de trouver l'adresse car numéro pas lisible et peu d'explication voire rien pour trouver le linge dans le salon.
