Apartment Duden 1

Pros: Very clean and new, it has all the facilities needed, close to the bustop, opposite a very big and lovely parc, variety of restaurants around and little shops! I highly recommend! The cleaning ladies are super kind too. For muslim travellers, the area has a mosque very near the residence! 😇

Pros: Super clean, functional and beautiful. Very well-equipped. I absolutely recommend it.

Cons: The door of the bathroom does not cover very well and we were expecting to be a door to separate the room.

Pros: Appartement bien équipé. Très calme. Lit confortable.

Cons: Du sucre pour le café serait un plus. Le code donné pour la porte d’entrée n’était pas correct .(il manquait un caractère).

Pros: Appartement comfortable à 15 min de la place St Gilles. Personnel disponible et orienté solution !

Cons: Pas de torchons, d'essuie-tout et de thé à disposition (seulement café). Pour info, l'isolation phonique n'est pas optimale.

It was an excellent find, great value for money, clean and enjoyable all around.

Pros: It was impeccably clean, and well appointed, with a nice lay-out.

Cons: There is no door between the rooms, so maybe a foldable privacy screen would help. There were no dish towels in the kitchen to dry the dishes.

Pros: Sitio perfecto para viajar unos dias a Bruselas ñ, muy buena conexión de transporte público e incluso para llegar paseando a la Gran Place.

Cons: Quizá la puerta donde esta la ducha que no cierra bien pero vaya nada importante

Impecable alojamiento!

Pros: Es un lugar moderno, muy cómodo, tal cual se ve en las fotos. Estaba impecable.

Cons: Un poco lejos de la estación 20 minutos caminando.

Pros: Чист и просторен апартамент на 15 мин пеша от гарата Брюксел-Миди, която има влак до Брюж. На близо има заведения за хранене. Прекарахме само 1 нощувка, но кухнята беше заредена с всички нужни съдове. Центърът на Брюксел е на около 20-25 мин с градски транспорт. Подходящ е за семейно наемане, тъй като спалните не са отделени с врата.

Cons: Шумът от коридора се чуваше доста при качване и слизане на други гости.

Séjour à Bruxelles, quartier Saint Gilles

Pros: Neuf et propre, chauffage efficace, pas de clés mais un code pour entrer, une cafetière Nespresso.

Cons: Le lit un peu dur.

Very good overall impression was overshadowed by bad information and owner's unavailability.

Pros: Location, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen corner.

Cons: The house and apartment access codes and internet connection information sent to me by email were incorrect. I called the owner several times - no answer. I entered the house and apartment by trying to add # and/or * to the code I received. Later I found the correct internet connection information on the inside of the house door when leaving the house... No info in the apartment. Finally, they asked me by SMS to wash the dishes before leaving. (I always do this when staying in apartments with a kitchen corner). However, I don't understand why I am being asked to do something that is included in the price of the services I pay for.
