Enjoyable stay, I recommend.
Pros: Absolutely perfect if you want to visit multiple cities in Belgium while staying at one place. It only takes 5 minutes of walk to the Brussels Central station where you can hop on and go anywhere, anytime, even the airport is accessible. No taxi needed, that is a big money saver. Well equipped kitchen, small fridge, oven, dishwasher, and couple of utensils. I think a toaster would have been nice to have but overall it is very nice! The bathroom is huge. Lots of windows to bring a ton of light. The host is very kind. The price is very very good for all you get!
Cons: Now there are things to consider when staying there… - First of all, there is a bar next to it and people are partying A LOT in Brussels ( everywhere in the area, not only in front of the building). Expect to have the front door becoming sometimes a piss corner and a smoking spot and the loud speakers under your window to finish their conversation at 5h30am before construction starts at 7am further away. Even with the windows shut, we could still smell and hear. Earplugs were a must during our stay. - The stairs are quite steep and uneven since (to my guess) it is a old construction. you have to be cautious but you get quickly used to it. We did not bother to bring our luggages upstairs in the bedroom. If you really really want it, it’s probably doable, just be careful. Here are the things we did not really appreciate… - The door locks and unlocks from both sides only with the key. If one person decides to stay inside and another person decides to go out and and locks behind her, the person inside is trapped. It happened to me and I had no way to get out if an emergency would have occured. - The bathroom door is a french door without frosted windows, which can be unpleasant for people who wants more privacy. - We only had the bedspread for blanket in the bed. One more bed sheet would have been perfect. It might seems a lot of negative points but there are much more good things than bad ones with the apartament.

Great stay
Pros: great location. Bit noisy at night. comfortable bed and nice bathroom.
Cons: Would have been good to have a microwave for quick heating.

Great value for money
Pros: The location is great, given that I was in Brussels just for a night, it was the perfect choice for being in the city center. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean.
Cons: I think a little curtain for the bathroom door would help because all the light enters the bedroom in the morning.

Cons: Some nights you encounter some loudness because you're in the center. This might affect you if you're not a heavy sleeper.

Appartement sympa
Pros: L'emplacement, à deux pas de la grande place, c'est super top. L'appartement qui est sympa et propre.
Cons: Des petits soucis comme le four qui n'était pas utilisable car verrouillé, le robinet qui était mal fixé, le manque d'étagère pour les vêtements et le canapé qui est censé faire lit qui ne se déplie pas.
