Beautiful apartment in the center of Brussels

Pros: Very good location, in the hart of Brussels! The apartment looks nice, very well equiped with everything you might need. There was a small issue when we tried to access the place, but the owner came immediately to solve it. I'd highly recommend!

Great place, would use again

Pros: Great place in a great location. Literally 10 steps to grand place.

Cons: A bit noisy at night, but it was Xmas and the beer is very strong! lol

Pros: The location is spectacular, near the Grand Place and Central Station. The kitchen was spacious and house was comfortable The ease communication with the host.

Cons: The house was at a slightly low temperature and the window insulation was not very good, while in the bathroom it was really impossible to take a shower due to the low temperature there , it was in the attic.

Pros: Très bonne situation de l'appartement sur la grand place. Logement bien agencé et bien décoré. Literie confortable. Bonne communication du propriétaire.

Cons: Peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. Remontées de mauvaises odeurs parfois. La proximité avec la Grand Place est source de bruits de rue.

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir le centre historique à pied.

Pros: La localisation en plein cœur du quartier historique. Les bars, restaurants, commerces, musées, églises tout se fait à pied.

Cons: Isolation phonique limite pour la localisation. Bien entendu vu l’emplacement on s’attend à ce qu’il y ai du bruit mais du simple vitrage c’est trop peu.

Buena ubicación para corta estancia

Pros: Ubicación perfecta. La ducha y el agua caliente perfecto. La cocina muy bien equipada y cómoda.

Cons: La calefacción era insuficiente, había cierta sensación de frío todo el tiempo. El primer día había una olor muy muy fuerte a comida del restaurante de abajo. Las escaleras para llegar al apartamento son bastante estrechas y hay un cubo basura dentro justo en la puerta, es molesto para entrar y salir.

Pros: Endroit super juste à côté de la grand place et près de la.gare Appartement aménagé avec goût et bien équipé Propre .

Cons: On sent un peu le froid par les fenêtres même si elles sont en très bon état le faite du simple vitrage laisse passer et insonorise mal.
