Well-equipped apartment near Brussels Midi/Zuid train station

Pros: The apartment was very well equipped, including a washing machine and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was quite close to Brussels Midi/Zuid train station, just a 4-minute walk—ideal if you plan to visit other cities like Ghent, Bruges, Antwerp, or London.

Cons: Be aware of the area of the city you are booking. This place is not in the most upscale and cozy part of Brussels, where most European Union diplomats stay—that kind of accommodation can be insanely expensive. Instead, you'll be in a working-class neighborhood. That was fine for me, but a bit more cleanliness and better street lighting at night would have been appreciated.

Great place to stay for a short break

Pros: Very close to the train station. Easy walking disrance to the center of Brussels. Kitchen very well equiped. The apratment was clean, warm and comfortable. Close to supermarkets and local shops.

Pros: The owner was very nice and helpful. In the apartment there was everything what you may need, especially kitchen was well equipped. Nearby are small local shops and Lidl, tram, bus and metro stations.

Raxing stay.

Pros: Conveniently located. Clean. Everything provided (including laundry detergent) Quiet. Has Netflix (I don’t at home!)

Cons: Sone (minor) difficulty getting inside.

Pros: Home away from home: the apartment is super clean and with anything you might need. Host very friendly and made our stay great

Cons: The area is not the best: not a lot around, a little sketchy in the evening. But the fact that it’s close to the station is great if you are planning on travelling around

Pros: Convenient location near to the south railway station. Nearby groceries stores. Quite, clean, cozy apartment with good kitchen

Cons: The neighborhood is quite dirty - there is garbage on streets. 30 minutes walk from city center. The shower had weak water pressure

Pros: Centrally located. The staff were very helpful in all areas. I will definitely stay again if I visit the city in the future. The property was spacious and very clean.

Great apartment, well-equipped, friendly hosts

Pros: The apartment is very cozy and has much more furniture & equipment than necessary. The hosts were very nice. Everything was clean.

Cons: Only the neighborhood could be nicer, since it is rather dirty and feels unsafe at night.

Pros: Location convenient to access Midi station, apartment clean, spacious (maybe even too big for one person) and well equipped with all the amenities you'll need, even better than expected from the pictures. Bed was also comfortable and host was nice.

Cons: Not the best neighborhood, very quiet at night with not a lot of shops open away from station.
