Recommendable
Pros: The location was great for the purpose of my trip and very close to the Midi (south) station. The bed was comfy with soft linen. A spacious shower with a good water pressure. Easy to follow check-in instructions sent in advance.
Cons: Poorer side of Brussels hence dirty streets. The building staircase is narrow and steep. There are two radiators, in the living room and bedroom but only the living room one worked ( although it was sufficient ).

Perfect apartment for a city break, nicely priced, great hosts
Pros: 2nd floor apartment literally 5 minutes from MIDI (Zuid) - and 10 minute walk to Lidl, with pharmacies, bakeries, shops along the way. 30 minute walk to the historic centre (or walk to the station and thanks train, metro, tram, bus anywhere you like!) Great hosts, everything perfect, instructions easy peasy, facilities great full kitchen with already coffee, spices, oil, everything you’d have at home - well not “everything” but better than usual. Dishwasher was a nice tough! Also, cable tv, with modern service, great WiFi, Netflix, prime etc. everything you’d expect at home after a long day exploring the city
Cons: Only thing to mention is the litter and the bins on the streets of Brussels, that isn’t a problem either the apartment, it’s a long standing industrial dispute. Even that said though, things did get cleaned up with great effort

Duży plus za lokalizację
Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko dworca Brussels Midi (Zuid), skąd odjeżdżają autobusy Flibco na lotnisko w Charleroi, oraz pociągi m.in. do Brugii. Nie trzeba się martwić jak dostać się nad ranem na lotnisko ;) Okolica trochę nieciekawa (Anderlecht), ale tylko pół godziny pieszo do starego miasta i tamtejszych atrakcji.
Cons: Trochę niepozorne i niezachęcające wejście do obiektu - z zewnątrz wygląda na opuszczone i niezamieszkałe miejsce. Ale to tylko pozory, bo kod do budynku znajduje się w atrapie skrzynki na listy. Zanim na to wpadłam, byłam trochę skonsternowana ;)

Pros: logement parfait très propre facile d’accès à 2-3 minute de la gare à pied et des trams pour ce déplacer très bon rapport qualité prix je conseille !

Un bon rapport qualité /prix.
Pros: Appartement cosy et très propre.Deux des trois canapés du salon se transforment en lit une place plutôt confortable. Le lit de la chambre est très confortable.De petits magasins aux alentours pour les courses d’appoint et un Lidl pas loin.L’appartement est à 500 mètres de la gare.Bonne communication avec l’hôte.
Cons: Les odeurs d’égout dans la salle de bain mais cela vient de l’immeuble et le quartier qui a l’air peu sûr à la nuit tombée.

Idéalement situé
Pros: Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Bruxelles ! Faciliter pour se garer dans la rue Supermarché à 2 minutes à pied. Il y avait tout l’équipement nécessaire dans l’appartement.
Cons: Appartement avec peu d’isolation, il y a fait vraiment très chaud malgré le ventilateur mis à disposition. Le bruit du café en face peut en déranger certains. Appartement au 2ème étage sans ascenseur
