The hotel is clean, neat and location is top.

Pros: The staff are professionals, they know their jobs. Kind and helpful. I got great help from 2 ladies. One I know is Laura and the other wears glasses not sure of her name. In general, the are all very helpful. I say, Thank you to all of them!

Cons: I had breakfast once, but the selection was not appetising for me and again we are not very breakfast people. Again I am a restaurateur, I know what I want for breakfast. I think for 11,50€ a bit more could be offered.

Good value room next to Leuven station.

Pros: Easy to reach from Leuven station. A good view from our room on the top floor, reached by lift. We were lucky to be able to check in early and checkout time of 12 is welcome. We were able to leave our luggage at reception and collect before departure. Comfortable bed. A nice collection of cycling posters in the reception area.

Cons: Cannot criticise the compact room when it is a budget hotel.

Pros: Great Location, next to the train station and only a short walk into the city. Staff friendly and helpful and even managed to get us checked in early.

Pros: Excellent location right at train station and if coming by car there is big underground car parking right next to hotel. Perfect budget option to stay.

Cons: Rooms can bit more space to move around. It gets filled with cot and your suitcases...no place to walk around but this is generic feedback for all ibis not just this one
