Hotel Malon

Value for money, great location, clean room.

Pros: I liked that the hotel is in a very ideal location. Also, the fact that the hotel kitchen is open until 11 pm is also valuable to me. Additionally, I liked that there was an alternative entrance door for late arrivals. Also, I was pleased that the room was cleaned daily.

Cons: I didn't like the smell of food inside the hotel. Also, the noise from outside bothered me.

Pros: I use this hotel regularly. It is a building with a specific atmosphere. Optimum location in the front of the trainstation and easy way to the cathedral and city centre. Excellent breakfast in lovely brakfast room. Smooth procedure in the reception.

Cons: I would only recommend to improve the lighthening of the room.

Good value for money

Pros: Very helpful staff. He helped me with the luggage because there is no elevator. Also he changed the room from floor 2 to floor 1. I had a 1 bed room. It id close to the center and to the rail station.

Pros: quiet room, good soundproofing, view. Breakfast OK.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay & the staff were welcoming & helpful

Pros: Proximity to trains & buses.Very central for bars,restaurants & for sightseeing on foot

Cons: The only drawback was the steep stairs to our room & the room was very hot with no a/c

Pros: Good hotel. 2 minutes walk from the train station. In a lovely square with 5 or 6 bars/restaurants. Nice room with decent bed and large, well equipped bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Cons: The only negative was we were on the 3rd floor with no lift, so if you have mobility problems, it wouldn't be suitable as there are no ground floor rooms.

Cosy and comfortable stay in Leuven

Pros: Plenty of space for a couple with a descent king size bed. Accessible to intercity trains. Cafe and bar available right downstairs. Breakfast options does serve its purpose.

Cons: Entrance was hard to locate and it's in middle of a running cafe so the entrance door is not visible. But we managed to ask people to find the right entrance. Also, there is very less vegetarian options which could be improved.

Pros: Room was excellent and spacious staff very helpful

Cons: Eggs at breakfast were like rubber Unfortunately quite a lot of noise from outside very early in morning

Great place to stay close to the station

Pros: Very close to the Main Station, comfortable bed, spacious room, friendly staff. The breakfast is served in the Brasserie downstairs and is of good variety and quality. Also, although the hotel is very central, the windows do a great job of keeping the room quiet.

Cons: Very little sound-proofing of the room door

Good and convenient place to stay for few days.

Pros: The location is very convenience. It near the Railway Station. A good hotel room which served the purpose of single traveler. Nicely maintained and clean. Breakfast is normal.

Cons: All aspects of the room are OK. However, the access to the upper level rooms are not convenient. They do not have any lift to the upper floor. So, guest need to carry their bags up the staircase. Guest with heavy bags will face problems.
